Dr. Spriggs will do all he can for you, if he feels that you need a referral, then he will discuss that with you. Just know that he's never just given up on how difficult my health can be. Chronic care is what he treats me for, but I can also call for something acute as well. I trust his judgement and am grateful for all he has done and Lord willing, will continue to do to help me. His office is gorgeous and modern. His MA is friendly, efficient and professional, as are his other employees. It's a very quiet place, calming. Make an appointment, you won't be sorry.

I'm also fairly new to the area, don't have established dr yet and self pay. This place fit what I needed. I walked in about 1115 and was greeted promptly and filled out paperwork. The receptionist/nurse was very professional and kind. After getting my paperwork said be just a few min. I was taken to a room shortly after. She truly listened to what was going on and then I only waited a short time on dr who also was very kind and professional and actually listened as well. I feel I was properly diagnosed and given appropriate medications that were promptly called in to pharmacy. I was so happy about my visit as my husband needed an urgent care shortly after moving where not only was he not listened to, he was horribly misdiagnosed, delaying treatment and we had to wait till next day for prescription and charged an astronomical amount (800+) giving they saw him less than 5 min and his wait 4 hrs. My wait here from start to finish 1hr and my fee was around $95.00. This place definitely has my family's business in the future.

One of my family member was a client of this doctors. ON Their last visit HE WAS VERY RUDE AND…read moreCONDESCENDING. They said they had waited so long in examination room and fell asleep awaking by the office staffs loud laughing.Since it was a late evening appointment they open the door as ask if they had forgotten that they were in the room the staff got quiet when the doctor came in to the examination room he was very angry with them and told "it only us that do stuff like that" instead of apologizing to them he very cold during the examination. To the doctor I work in a large hospital in IL it is our practice to make sure all our doors in our clinic are check and left open to make sure there is no one left. There are cases where client have been found dead the next day because no one check their examination room and the patient had a heart attack. This doctor should git upset with his staff instead of his client. I was told he used to be very caring and compassionate I like to know what happen To him to make is act this way toward his clients.I wouldn't recommend him to any one because if they forget that they have let you in the room you will be scolded if you ask did they know you was still waiting and get told of by the doctor

I have Alpha 1 Anti-Trypsin deficiency, Chronic Bronchitis, and Emphysema. I had a close call with death in 2005-06, and if not for Dr. Bray I don't know if I would have pulled through. Very personable, caring, and takes time with his patients. Best in the panhandle BY FAR. I really miss him!!
