After the repairs, the splash shield was missing. When I brought this up to the shop, I was told they had nothing to do with it and that it may have already been missing when the vehicle arrived. The problem is, I personally saw the part on the vehicle when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures beforehand, which I regret. The shop also told me they don't replace missing parts. That leaves the customer in a difficult position when a part is missing after the vehicle has been in their possession, especially when the customer has no way to prove exactly what happened. What makes this even more frustrating is that my insurance company won't discuss the part directly with the shop, leaving me stuck in the middle trying to resolve something that should have been handled professionally. I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally taking the part because I cannot prove that. However, the way this situation was handled has completely damaged my trust in this shop. Customers should be able to leave their vehicles with a repair facility knowing that all parts will be accounted for and returned with the vehicle. I strongly recommend taking detailed pictures and documenting every part of your vehicle before leaving it at this shop. I wish I had done that myself.

My car now runs much smoother and quieter, and I'm extremely happy with the results. What impressed me most was their honesty. Even though the repair required a lot of work, they honored the original price they quoted me and my final total was lower than expected. It's difficult to find a mechanic who is skilled, transparent, and fair with pricing, but this shop truly delivered. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future repairs. I'm very disappointed with my experience at this body shop in Simi Valley…read more My car was there for about a month for repairs. The actual repair work came out okay, but when I got my car back, the rubber molding around my sunroof was damaged and hanging down. I rarely, if ever, use my sunroof, and this was not an issue before I brought the car in. When I brought it to their attention, they denied causing the damage but offered to order the replacement molding for me. I agreed and paid for the part. When the part came in, I discovered it was the wrong color -- gray/white instead of black, which is what my car has. I returned the incorrect part and was told they would see if it could be returned and that I could get my money back. Now they are telling me they will not refund me and that I'm stuck with the wrong part and need to come pick it up. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. Every time I went in, I dealt with Rick, and I constantly felt like I was bothering him or wasting his time just by asking reasonable questions about my own vehicle and the issues I was having. Customers should not be made to feel that way, especially after leaving their car with a business for a month and spending money on repairs. At this point, I'm less upset about the part itself than I am about how poorly this situation has been handled. Good customer service means taking responsibility, communicating clearly, and working with the customer to resolve a problem. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Just wanted to update you I did cancel the $78 on my credit card ridiculous that they want me to pay for the wrong part that they ordered. The owner Dino called me up he left a message saying that he's going to put me to collections and this will go on my permanent record. I got to say Dino it's got to be a huge loser to try to get collections for $78 I don't need any of your business anymore.

Based on that recommendation I agreed to buy them. Just two days later, one of the tires blew out while I was driving on the freeway. Thankfully, I had just dropped off my kids before it happened because I can't imagine how much worse the situation could have been if they had been in the car! I almost lost control and crashed! This was a terrifying experience especially considering these were supposed to be brand-new tires! I expected them to be safe and reliable, not fail after only two days.I will never come back here again and do not recommend buying tires from this business. Based on my experience, the tires were not durable, and I no longer trust the quality of their products or the recommendations they give customers!!
