Appointments are super easy to schedule. There are a lot of availability options, which makes it simple to work around my job. I also appreciate that I've never waited more than a few minutes. I got custom insoles through the office. They take about three weeks to come in, and then you go back about a month later so they can check how everything is feeling and make adjustments if needed. It feels thorough and well thought out. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful too. They explain things clearly and make the whole process smooth. Overall, really solid experience and I'd definitely recommend if you're dealing with foot pain and want someone who actually listens.

I called and they said they were and would call me back when to come. I received a call at 6 pm that they had an emergency and had to reschedule. They said the following week at 3:30 pm, I called 30 minutes prior and they said they were behind by 30 minutes. They would call me when to come in, I received a call at 5:10 pm saying they were ready to receive me. I have never seen the doctor so I cannot rate him, but the office, the scheduling, and the lack of professionalism is completely baffling. I would recommend finding another podiatrist.

As I waited for my appointment in the waiting room, another one of his patients came out and told me how lucky I was to have found him and that my coworker had given me the greatest gift ever. It seems to be widespread among his patients. The wait is long (I'm talking 2 hours) but it is so worth it. He takes his time, assesses the situation and is so friendly and professional. He gets to know all his patients. He remembered conversations from previous visits which really surprised me. Most doctors don't even remember why you're there until they review the notes.
