I signed my 1 year old for direct/concierge primary care at Newlove and WOW it's been nothing but amazing! I can access appointments same day easily especially when Orren is sick. When Orren got RSV, Tanya went out of her way to help me find solutions to keep him comfortable & safe at home as he worked his way past the viral infection. Tanya even checked on us both. As a primary doctor, Newlove has allowed for me to find a place that allows vaccine choice with no shame and access to a GREAT doctor 24/7. It's especially great for medically complex kiddos like my son. 1000000/10 would recommend switching all littles to NEWLOVE for primary care! My 1 year old son and I have been going to Newlove Nutury for the classes for about 2 months now (since the grand opening!). I would 100% recommend the NewLove Nutury to all moms/parents and caregivers with littles. It is a place for community for parents and a place for our kids to socialize and get all that energy out. Our biggest challenge was when we were recently faced with our little girl possibly having a dibilitating disease. Dr. Montes did all the necessary preliminary examinations and tests and then referred us to All Children's Hospital. He was in contact with the doctors there and saw us through all of this until he was certain she was healthy and does not have the disease. We are grateful for his thoroughness, his deep knowledge and his playful and kind manner toward the children he treats and obviously loves. We feel very fortunate that we have him to help keep her healthy and well.

This is that place! They are well-rounded with services. They even have breastfeeding support and child sleep care. The staff is not just super friendly--everyone I have spoken with has gone above and beyond to communicate and follow up. When we got there for an appt a few weeks ago, they had us do every part of the check-in we could from the car, there were masks available at the front desk, they had air purifiers in every room we were in, we and others that arrived were taken back to a private room quickly, the patient room we were in was stocked with hand sanitizer and other supplies, and everyone--staff and patients--were wearing masks. Weiss doesn't just have covid policies that read well, they are thoroughly protecting patients, families, and staff through action while maintaining a friendly, calm environment. We're so glad we found a practice that is invested in keeping their patients safe during COVID-19 pandemic. We're new patients, and we're really happy with Weiss so far.
