I was upfront when scheduling that timing would be tight and was told not to worry--yet we were refused care without any flexibility. We offered multiple solutions, including waiting to be seen later or at the end of the day. None were considered. Messages left on the nurses' line frequently go unanswered, adding to an already dangerous lack of communication. The front office staff is rude, dismissive, and shockingly indifferent, and the office manager appears more focused on control than children's health. The doctors are wonderful if you can actually get in to see them, but the front office makes this practice unreliable for families needing timely care.

Ok no problem, but now they tell me I owe $1500 for his one hour cardiology appt!!!! They say I can be on a $215 per month payment plan. This shouldn't have happened in the first place. How does a doctor appt end up being a hospital copay just because they did an EKG and echo??? I would have never agreed if someone told me it would be 1500 copay. I can't even afford 200 a month. I'm on disability and barely have money to eat!!!! I'm commenting this everywhere I can to warn others. Don't trust what John Hopkins staff tells you when they estimate your copay!

I signed my 1 year old for direct/concierge primary care at Newlove and WOW it's been nothing but amazing! I can access appointments same day easily especially when Orren is sick. When Orren got RSV, Tanya went out of her way to help me find solutions to keep him comfortable & safe at home as he worked his way past the viral infection. Tanya even checked on us both. As a primary doctor, Newlove has allowed for me to find a place that allows vaccine choice with no shame and access to a GREAT doctor 24/7. It's especially great for medically complex kiddos like my son. 1000000/10 would recommend switching all littles to NEWLOVE for primary care! My 1 year old son and I have been going to Newlove Nutury for the classes for about 2 months now (since the grand opening!). I would 100% recommend the NewLove Nutury to all moms/parents and caregivers with littles. It is a place for community for parents and a place for our kids to socialize and get all that energy out. It is safe and welcoming. Tanya is helping to build a community for all parents to feel safe without judgement but instead feel VERY supported. It is hard to find local groups were parents of similar age littles can discuss the struggles and triumphs of daily life of parenting. I am so lucky to have found them. They're the BEST at billing. They also were fine with doing a delayed vaccine schedule for my kiddos. The staff are all great.
