At one point when I tried to talk about multiple issues in one appointment she told me that she limits the number of issues she'll talk about to 2 or 3 per visit. I was like ?? OK... The final straw was when I had a UTI and went there for a test. I told the medical assistant (or nurse, not sure) that I had a UTI for sure and I was in pain. They told me to let them decide that. They did a quick urine test and told me I did not have an infection. The Dr. referred me to a urinary specialist to see if there was another problem. I ended up waiting almost 2 months to get into the urinary specialist only to be told that I was very sick with a bad UTI. They seemed very concerned and treated me at that time. That's when I gave up on Dr. Dougherty's practice but honestly, I should have done that a lot sooner.
