Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with them once I signed on for them to do my taxes. They made a total of 5 errors on both my personal and business returns, costing me $3,000+ that I didn't think I would have to pay. They were constantly trying to get me off the phone when I asked them to explain things to me, and didn't want to spend the time to walk through what they needed and what the return entailed -- which would have prevented some of the errors they made. Overall, customer service as abysmal and they made carless errors (like not including my w2 income on my business return), which ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE THEM!

During these years, we NEVER experienced any problems with her or any of her staff members. On the contrary: we've been very satisfied with the level of service and communication they've been providing to us. Iryna is a very smart, sharp and honest professional. She attends continuing education seminars and conferences all over the country annually. Her office applies the latest technologies in their work, which makes everything easier, more organized, protected, faster and less expensive for the client. Iryna is on top of the latest tax updates; she sends out all sorts of reminders to her customers along side with personal emails to make sure all the deadlines are met, payments scheduled, nothing missed. The response time frame is unlike all the other accountants we ever dealt with: if not within an hour, then within 24 hrs for sure (which I like very much!) During Tax season she likes to stay in touch even more: by sending all kind of reminders and preparation lists, following up and making sure everything is to a T. Every month during payroll time, her office makes sure our bank account is good to go for any kinds of withdrawals to avoid insufficient funds fees and such. I enjoy reading her monthly newsletters - not too long and very informative. We highly recommend Iryna's Tax services to any individual or company!
