This was the third time the process had to restart, first due to two IRS errors, and finally because of theirs, which was the most critical since it started the IRS delay. Had proper diligence been exercised then, this situation could have been resolved months ago. Instead, we are left paying the price for their oversight. We have been long-term clients, close to 20 years, and have always paid a premium fee, with the expectation that their professional tax services include not just data entry, but genuine follow-through and client support when issues arise. In other words, for failing the reptilian vile test of behaving illegally as they do, without consequence. Far from receiving the consequences meant to be placed upon and suffered by those who behave illegally, these clever thieves brag openly in the same grandiose manner of the Emperor who displayed "The Emperors New Clothes" and after only a few brief moments of silent success, was treated rightly as the Fool he had proved himself to truly be.
