Looks like they're getting the glitches out of their system with the takeover by VHealth. Have they gotten nicer and more patient friendly? I think maybe and that's just nice. Her provider told us when she originally had her appointment that if she needed the physical just to call in and they would have it at the desk by the end of the day. I've been calling since Monday morning and now it's the end of the day Wednesday (I stopped by the office and they said it won't be completed today either). So they still have yet to fill out the very short Questionnaire and sign it in order for her to try out.
