I was told to come in and they would see What the doctor could do. I treated very professionally and made to feel very relaxed. Doctor said the tooth needs to come out. WOW!!! He did exactly that very professionally and a very relaxed atmosphere. The office staff are fantastic. This is my first time ever seen this office. His arrogant attitude, condescending demeanor, and constant belittling in his manner of speaking are not only rude, but highly unprofessional. He also repeatedly contradicted himself, so he is either senile, or just doesn't pay attention to what he's saying. I answered his questions, but it was clear he wasn't really listening, because when he was typing up his notes and summarizing our interaction, he was putting the complete opposite of what I said on them! His excuse was simply, "well I don't know you, maybe you should go to a doctor that knows you already." I don't know if he was having a bad day, and decided to take it out on me, or if his condescension is commonplace towards young women. I hope my story prevents this from happening to someone else.

My daughter needed her paperwork filled out to try out for school athletic teams and after 3 days…read morethey still haven't completed the paperwork. Her provider told us when she originally had her appointment that if she needed the physical just to call in and they would have it at the desk by the end of the day. I've been calling since Monday morning and now it's the end of the day Wednesday (I stopped by the office and they said it won't be completed today either). So they still have yet to fill out the very short Questionnaire and sign it in order for her to try out.
