I have been with Rutfield Insurance for approximately 6 years now and I will never go elsewhere. I have never been impressed by an insurance agent, I always just looked at insurance as something I needed to have and to get it where it was cheapest. Not only are my rates fantastic but Howard takes care of everything that I need within minutes of asking. During a recent refinance of my car, I asked Howard fax an insurance binder over to my new bank. I called the bank the following day to let them know that the binder would be arriving within a few days. The person at the bank then laughed and said "Your agent already HAND DELIVERED your binder!". Where else can you get this kind of service? I have and will continue to recommend this business to all of my friends.

I didn't understand what this issue was but trusted that my insurance company knew what it was talking about. They referred me to Ripple Effect where I met Jaime, who turns out is amazing. Jaime worked up a plan and as she was walking me through it realized that I may have been given the wrong information. She told me exactly what to ask my insurance company to insure the right information was being communicated. As it turns out I didn't need a new policy, my current policy does cover the trailer. The customer service I received from Ripple Effect was superlative, tremendous even. I highly recommend them!
