Absolutely no help whatsoever. My fiance has been going for 4 years. Accurate was working then they randomly switched him to a generic form of the medicine. His skin became much worse again. After calling the office and doing a back-and-forth for days, the office finally made an appointment. The doctor came in and immediately said that my fiance needs to find another provider. Diagnosed advanced basil cell carcinoma as "nothing". Said to put Vaseline on it. Went to a legit dermatologist 3 months later and it has spread and gone deep requiring surgery. 2nd Dermatologist diagnosed correctly, took biopsy and scheduled surgery. Bikowski never even took a biopsy. read more

I was able to get an appointment the following week. The whole experience was really great. Dr B took a complete inventory of my concerns, answered my questions and suggested an approach to my situation that made sense and, I'm hopeful, will yield results. He spent the best part of 20 minutes with me, which surprised me. That's uncommon. I'm rather perplexed by some of the reviews on here (and elsewhere) that speak about a bad bedside manner and arrogance. That was not my experience at all. He is no-nonsense when it comes to his medical care but that, in my book, is a plus. I found Dr B to be charming, witty, professional and considerate. I have been seeing Dr Bikowski for almost 10 years. My family recommended me to him when I starting having concerns about my skin. When I was younger, I had bad acne. We tried different medicines until we found the right one. I have been using the same medication for years and have 0 concerns with my skin! My appointment here had to be the worst I have ever had for anything. They rushed me through my appointment and felt like I was being flipped around in a frying pan during my mole check. I asked Dr. Bikowski what sort of skin care products I should use for my skin type and he told me that he could only give me information on the products he sold. Keep in mind that he sells expensive products and he knew that I wasn't going to buy any of them. ! I found him to be unethical and really wish I would have reported him to a Medical Board and my insurance company. I had a similar experience as some of the other reviewers here with Dr. Bikowski. He was rude, pompous and egotistical. I remember thinking how funny it was that he had a poster on the wall touting some of his work "listening to patients". He sure wasn't interested in anything I had to say. After arguing with me about the symptoms experiencing, he concluded that a biopsy was the only way to really figure out what was going on. The results of the biopsy - inconclusive! Nice one doc. I have nothing to show for my visit to this guy other than a lighter wallet and a new scar on my foot from where he took the biopsy. Dr. Bikowski is the "GURU" of Dermatology. He has been treating our family for many, many years! We love him! We trust him! He is the Best! Dr. Bikowski can make a correct diagnosis within minutes. Yes, minutes. He visited my brother, at home, during the two years that he suffered with brain tumors and cancer. Treatments and medications irritated his entire body. Dr. Bikowski treated his skin conditons perfectly. I made the mistake of seeing two other derms for an odd skull/scalp issue. I knew better. Dr. Bikowski diagnosed my conditon, within Minutes, ordered tests, and referred me to my Neurologist. He wants all findings sent to him....so, he can treat me properly. I have been a patient of Dr. Bikowski for many years. I know when I have an appointment that I won't be waiting an hour in the waiting room because he is usually on time. His office staff is friendly and professional. I am fair skinned and have a lot of freckles and moles. I can 100% trust his judgment when I ask him if something may be cancerous that he will make the right decision and do further testing if necessary. I wouldn't trust anyone else with burning things off my face or other parts of my body. If he says it won't leave a bad scar, I can count on that. I don't like going to the dermatologist, but it is important to me that I have a doctor whose judgment I can trust. read more

If I could give zero stars that's what I would have chosen. I found this guy through my insurance. I asked for a doctor that worked with children. My son was a few months old at the time. We went into the room and the chair was dirty. With what almost looked like dry skin flakes. I wiped it off myself with baby wipes. And as babies do, he had gone to the bathroom. Just as soon as I got a diaper out to change him,the dr comes in and asks if he had gone to the bathroom. It was obvious he did. He told me I could not change him in the room. I asked if they had a bathroom with a changing table. He said there was bathroom but had no table. That I could go to my car. This was in the winter time keep in mind. So we definitely went to the car and never came back. For someone who works with children, he was very rude. Think twice. I was so mad I even called the insurance and filled a report. Maybe ok for adults but not infants. read more

I had a bad experience with Dr. Bikowski. I found him to be rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in what I had to say. Before he came in to the exam room, I heard him say that another patient was crazy and he didn't want to deal with them, so he would deal with me first. (He probably didn't think I could hear him.) I later went to Dr. McClain at Three Rivers Dermatology and he was so much more friendly and professional -- it was definitely worth the extra 5-10 minutes it took to get there for me!!! read more

Being honest I was afraid to go to my first visit because of the lousy reviews that a couple of people gave him. He is the most intelligent Doctor I have ever met. He knew things about me that I never told him. Just by rubbing my hands he told me I had been very sick several months ago. What brought me to him was a very very itchy rash that I had for several months. My family doctor told me to change my soap!! Doctor Bikowski told me I had Lupus of the Skin. In 1 visit I was diagnosed!! My son had Psoriasis for years. He went to see Dr. Bikowski first and was amazed at how he got his skin cleared up to the point that he hardly knows it's there. He was so excited that he got relief. I now enjoy my visits with him.. He answers all my questions and we joke all the time. His staff is so very nice. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and informed. If you have a question and leave a phone message, you get called back within the hour. I have never been put off by any one of them. I don't know what patients expect of these people but, they are number "1" in my book! read more

I called looking to make an appointment and they would not even pencil me in because they wanted me to hang up and call my insurance first to make sure I was covered for a regular visit.
