I'm paranoid schizophrenia with psychosis with PTSD. Homicidal ideation and sociopath tendencies. I'm considered a THREAT to society‼ If it wasn't for this Doctor, Mr. David and Mr Rick, I wouldn't be here‼ I don't have any problems with medication being refilled or getting an appointment‼ You'll have to realize he's only 1 doctor that comes only once a week to service over a hundred patients‼ His ( Bedside manners) never disappoints me. I have Tardive dyskinesia from the Psych meds. That doesn't come from no fault of Dr. Archibald and you have to see a neurologist to treat that condition. IF IT WASNT FOR Dr.A, it'll be a lot of hurt MOFOS around here‼ I'm from Chicago and believe me, not only will they ignore you up there but you'll be in the office for hours‼ Your entire process in Chicago will have you committing suicide before you even start‼ STOP LOOKING FOR QUICK FIXES AND IMMEDIATE RELIEF, Mental Illness is an lifelong and exhausting process‼

I was supposed to be there at 9:15 and arrived at 9:22 but since I was 7 minutes late due to roads being closed and had to take a detour to get there and was refused to be seen and was going to be rescheduled for another 3 months. Have been extremely suicidal for the past several months due to chaotic and very stressful home life and dealing with a lot of pressure from work due to being a store manager. His staff does not care about the patients and apparently he doesn't either. All they care about is making sure he leaves by 12 because it's his half day. Literally debating on if I should go inside my house and kill myself because apparently I'm not important enough for my Therapist to even care where I am mentally either. Don't have support in my home or work life and the person that is suppose to help you through these bad mental spaces doesn't care if you decide to kill youerself either. If I do kill myself today I blame Dr. Archibald and his Anniston office staff

Do not use this place. Even if your insurance lists them as an in network provider, they make you…read morepay for the whole visit up front and hold your money until the very last limit they are allowed to. Maybe even longer than that as I have not received my $180 back that they owe me and I am 5 days shy of the month they say they have to refund it. Even though I know my insurance mailed out a check to them for the visit the same week I went there. The Therapist is a joke. She is full of opinions and forces them on you as if they are facts. She told me that I needed to wipe my child's soiled bottom with one of my fiancé's shirts if he didn't plan on helping me change diapers. After I said I would not do something like that she told me it would only take one time and he would help me change diapers. She answered the phone and wouldn't answer my question about my refund and said someone would have to call me back on Monday. Today is Thursday. When I asked her why she didn't know how I would receive my refund, she tried to say she was just an answering service. I know for sure it was the therapist. She has a very distinct voice. Do not use this place. My guess is she only gets court ordered people anyway.
