We used Master Tree services to cut down a tall oak tree in our yard and prune other trees. They…read moreprovided a free estimate and when we decided to use them, we requested Sammy to come back to finalize which trees needed pruning and which branches they recommended that needed to be cut. Sammy also informed us to let our town know which tree would be cut down to obtain the proper permit and approval. They also provided their updated insurance on file with our town. Everything went smoothly and on the day they were scheduled, they confirmed prior to the date as to what time they were starting. Sammy is very responsive via text and they did an excellent job pruning our trees and taking down the large oak tree including grinding the stump.
