I was able to choose the size of the tree that I want and schedule for them to have it delivered and set up! The treedrop team were excellent in communicating the day of the delivery and was very respectful of the neighborhood and our house. They made sure to set the tree the way we wanted and even watered and cleaned up prior to leaving. It was in excellent shape and looked better than some found in tree lots. Even the pick up service was great! We were going to be out of town on the original date of the pickup, but Jerry and his team worked with me to reschedule. Again, they were very respectful of the area and even threw out the water for us! We'll definitely be using treedrop again!

This is the second year in a row that I've ordered our tree from TreeDrop and it certainly won't be our last. The value they provide is three-fold. First, their quality of trees are unmatched. They have beautiful Frasier Firs in a variety of sizes. We have opted for the 8 foot tree, but it usually clocks in a bit bigger (bonus). Second, is the convenience. No need to load a tree half hazardly above our small car, we get to order it conveniently on their very user-friendly website and pick the day and time of delivery. You can even add a tip right there when you pay! When they are headed your way, you get a text, so there are no surprises. Jerry and his team come in with the tree (wearing masks and shoe covers), set it up for you, and vacuum behind themselves on their way out! Beyond that, they give you great info on keeping the tree healthy for the season AND a Crumbl cookie! The level or service is unmatched and the crew is a pleasure. Third, they provide convenient pick-up service after the holidays. That's right- no more lugging a dead tree out to your curb (needles lining your path). You can include this service as an add-on and as swiftly and mess-free as it came, your tree will be cleared. It's fa la la fabulous. Expensive... extensive... and fabulous. I went to their Christmas in July event, on the last weekend of July 2025. They open at 8:30am and I was there early ( excited!) . They had super friendly parking attendants in Santa hats directing other eager elves to prime parking spots. I was jingling and tingling-so ready to go inside. And I was definitely delighted once I got there... room after room, building after building... full of every Christmas item you could think of, from sacred and soulful to sparkly and shimmery... and everything in between. There were so many trees, decorated in so many themes, with so many accessories, for the rest of the room. I've never seen anything so holly and jolly in the retail world. It really was a feast for the senses (cue the Who's to start singing). There were some really beautiful things-and some prices were high... or at least higher than you'd expect. There were some blue and white cone trees that took my breath away. I'd almost sell my car for those. They were breathtaking-as is so much of this store. And it's not just the merchandise, but the way they've displayed it, as well. It will definitely get you in the holiday spirit... without drinking any holiday spirits. And if the merch doesn't do that, the sweet staff will. They are dedicated and invested in this business... and seem to take great joy in helping customers. No wonder it's survived 50+ years. My senior dogs weren't handle the stress well, and Santa grabbed a blanket, put our littlest dog in his lap, and had a perfect picture done in moments. The price isn't cheap, but, with a season pass included, that we will use at least 3 times with different friends and family members, it is very well worth it! Also, the lines weren't crazy. We didn't wait at all on a Sunday night around 8p, and only about 10-15 minutes on a Wednesday night, which is popular because you can bring your dogs. Overall great experience. On this particular visit, I didn't make a purchase, but as usual, they had quite a few food items that I can find at other locations and I keep in mind for when they need arises. I've been really considering a new vacuum cleaner, and I have found some really good deals on them here but my only issue is that every one of them does wet and dry and they are all remanufactured products. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them, but I am looking for just a regular dry vacuum cleaner. Either way I have to save up the money to get one. I have found quite a few kitchen items that I would find useful, but I just don't have room for at the moment. I always check their book section and quite frequently. I find something worth reading. Like the other locations I have been to. I received a greeting when I came through the front door and multiple employees were pleasant to me and offered assistance as I was shopping. As they have an ever-changing in inventory they are definitely worth checking out on a regular basis.
