5 Stars for my go-to for Christmas trees! (DELIVERY!) AND a fantastic family who puts service at the forefront during the holidays. This is the second year in a row that I've ordered our tree from TreeDrop and it certainly won't be our last. The value they provide is three-fold. First, their quality of trees are unmatched. They have beautiful Frasier Firs in a variety of sizes. We have opted for the 8 foot tree, but it usually clocks in a bit bigger (bonus). Second, is the convenience. No need to load a tree half hazardly above our small car, we get to order it conveniently on their very user-friendly website and pick the day and time of delivery. You can even add a tip right there when you pay! When they are headed your way, you get a text, so there are no surprises. Jerry and his team come in with the tree (wearing masks and shoe covers), set it up for you, and vacuum behind themselves on their way out! Beyond that, they give you great info on keeping the tree healthy for the season AND a Crumbl cookie! The level or service is unmatched and the crew is a pleasure. Third, they provide convenient pick-up service after the holidays. That's right- no more lugging a dead tree out to your curb (needles lining your path). You can include this service as an add-on and as swiftly and mess-free as it came, your tree will be cleared. Living downtown, I've always found it difficult to get a live tree and get it into the apartment. Treedrop made the WHOLE process so much easier! I was able to choose the size of the tree that I want and schedule for them to have it delivered and set up! The treedrop team were excellent in communicating the day of the delivery and was very respectful of the neighborhood and our house. They made sure to set the tree the way we wanted and even watered and cleaned up prior to leaving. It was in excellent shape and looked better than some found in tree lots. Even the pick up service was great! We were going to be out of town on the original date of the pickup, but Jerry and his team worked with me to reschedule. Again, they were very respectful of the area and even threw out the water for us! We'll definitely be using treedrop again! read more

This service was so worth it! Very easy website to schedule a virtual tour of the trees however I just let them drop off whichever tree they liked and it was perfect! The two guys who came wore a mask, shoe booties and even vacuumed up after they left! Very easy to communicate with via text so you have an idea of when the drop off is. We just had the best experience! We live on a second story apartment/townhouse and have no storage for a fake tree. I thought this year we'd go ahead and get a real one, but the thought of shopping, driving it home, setting it up, disposing of it---I was not excited. Then I saw Treedrop mentioned on the next door app, the tree looked beautiful and the person raved about ease of delivery. I then looked online and saw that not only would it be delivered, but I could also schedule pickup of the tree after the holiday was over. Our tree was just delivered by Jerry and everything was first class. He was spot on with the delivery time (which is impressive given that Baldwin park can be confusing), he expertly and quickly set up our tree, and best of all, this tree is absolutely gorgeous. No brown spots, no bald spots, it's just exactly what you'd expect a Christmas tree to look like. Jerry was super nice too! I've never had a real tree before and this was meant to be a one year fix until we could get storage for a fake tree but given what a stellar experience we had, we may just be long term customers. Not only do they drop it off, but they will set it up for you and clean up the pine needle path behind them.
