Been seeing their products around here and there and tried the sea salt caramels and LOVED THEM! DARK SALT CARAMELS The salt is so strong it's obnoxious, but balanced perfectly with rich caramel wrapped in a blanket of dark chocolate. It's so good, I force myself not to have more than one in the house at a time. read more

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced! So much so, that it's prompted me to Yelp my first review of a business. While I like their chocolate-covered graham crackers, I will never order from this business again. They were out of the candy I ordered on line, and having contacted me, I ordered something else. When my order was not delivered TWO WEEKS after it should have been delivered, I called, was told they would send the order out in two more working days!! What?? After asking to speak with the plant supervisor, waiting 5 minutes on the phone, the order desk clerk came back on line and said they'd send the order out that day. I wrote TWO emails to the plant manager and order supervisor, giving polite feedback about my poor experience with this company. I have not received one response, nothing. It's obvious this company cares nothing about quality service or its customer base. I will say that the phone staff was courteous. read more

Ordered Candy (2 boxes) on Friday and asked if it would make it in time for my parents anniversary the following Thursday. 8 days later I called and Gina said the order was not even placed. Said they were out of candy! No phone call or email. I was so upset. They researched and called me later to say an additional TWO WEEKS before it could be sent. 3 WEEKS, who would order from them? Sad as I'm a buyer for 2 shops (retail and a convenience store) and was considering ordering their 2 pack caramels. No way, buyer beware. Customer service was horrible. They couldn't find my credit card info to issue a refund and had to call me to get it! On so many levels they failed miserably. They even asked me, I hope you try us in the future. Peet's stocks these candies at Holiday time. I'm on Peet's mailing list because I buy their Heritage Teas. After the Holidays I received an email offering these and other gift items at a discount. I had been particularly craving peppermint because a friend had gifted me w/ a variety of candies topped by a candy cane. I took one lick, tasted fruity sweetness and tossed it in the compost bin. When did candy canes stop being peppermint? I do not like this! So when I saw the Jo's peppermint bark in a tin I was excited! Then I saw the dark chocolate salted caramels, also in a tin and added that to my order. They arrived a few days later. The peppermint bark came in an 11 oz tin, in two cellophane wrapped sheets. I broke one sheet into bits and ate a piece every day. It was just what I had been wanting. It was a layer of dark chocolate, a layer of white peppermint and a crunchy layer of ground up peppermint candy canes. Not too sweet and a lovely texture. After I finished the first sheet I tried the salted caramels. Each one was wrapped in cellophane. So good, the chocolate dark, a hint of salt and the caramel not too sweet. I don't remember how many of them there were, but I ate one a day for maybe a couple of weeks. What a treat! I loved them! After they were gone I started on the second sheet of peppermint bark. I have one or two pieces of that left, depending on whether I break the remaining one in half. You can be sure I will keep an eye out for them next year at Peet's. In the meantime, I noticed Jo's own website had some of the dark chocolate salted caramels on post-holiday sale so I bought some. read more

Jo's Candies makes the best Dark Chocolate Covered Grahams. They have a crisp graham with a tasty medium thick coating of crackly dark chocolate. After having tried a few different brands of chocolate covered grahams these are the absolute best and I would recommend them to anyone. read more
