I saw the guy who pre-washed the hood and wheels pulling trash bags out and showed him my hood and asked if I could run it through again. He denied my request after I licked my finger and showed how it didn't get cleaned. He suggested I mix white vinegar and water and clean it off myself. I ended up going to the self service place across from Ingles and spent $3 more to clean the spots off; and I didn't need vinegar to do it. My issue was that I didn't ask the guy for money back, just showed him the problem and asked for another run-through to solve the issue. Needless to say, they have gotten the last money from me.

Prices are good, the same as many other automatic car wash places except this one has drying. Does it clean your car very well? No. It's touchless, so it replies on chemicals and high pressure to spray and rinse of dirt. No touchless can do what a mechanical car wash can do. But the plus is you will not get scratches or swirls marks from this place, if you are one to worry about that kinda thing. Me I don't care. I like car wash places that either have human workers that hand dry my car, or the ones that have brushes. They do a much better job but by the time I get off work everywhere else is closed. This place is 24/7. The drying also doesn't do a good job. But it is 100 times better than the other places that leaves your car dripping like a faucet and splattered with a million water beads. It makes a huge difference to me. I also would like to say that one of my vehicles is quite low to the ground, and cannot make it on the tracks of many other car wash places. It has no problem clearing this one. So if you have a low/lowered vehicle, this place is safe for that. Of course they have self wash and vacuums and vending machines for car goodies too, but I don't mess with any of that here so can't comment on how well those work. Lastly, if you go use their automatic car wash, I recommend you use the one on the left. I've had better experience with that one. Go have fun watching the tricolor bubbles melt all over your windows and then be amazed at the dryer that also blows water at your car as it's drying it, and you'll be happy too!

They tried to kill my son's car by drowning the interior. They kept extending the pickup time…read morewithout telling us what the problem was. I admit it was very dirty but they left so much fluid in the seats and carpet that the car would not run right. They told me "it came in running like that", which was a lie. It ran fine on the way to their shop and had never had that problem before. It limped home where I first used a small rug shampooer (the "Little Green Machine") to suck as much water out as I could get, then put fans blowing air through the open doors for a couple hours, then actually put a dehumidifier inside the car and ran it all night with the doors closed. In the morning it was finally dried out enough to start and run right. I will never give them a good review because of what they did and the way they handled it.
