We have a fiberglass tub with a tiled shower and we needed Glass Warehouse sliding frameless glass doors installed. The glass was extremely heavy so we decided we wanted help instead of trying to do it ourselves. I booked my slot for that Friday. The two handymen arrived perfectly on time and were very polite. I had just had the bathtub refinished so they took off their shoes and worked in their socks. Three hours later they left the workspace neat and tidy and perfectly installed. Before my bathroom ended at the shower curtain. Now it ends at the window. They invoiced for the quoted amount. I paid them in the spot with a check and cash combo. $200 well spent. In addition to being polite and professional, I really appreciated how quick and responsive they were, even on a weekend. I'll definitely be doing business with them again.

I inquired with the owner, Samuel, over Yelp messaging for a few days before I decided to move…read moreforward and give them a shot. Per our conversation, they had installed crown before. When they came to the house, they were certainly cordial, but they don't have the slightest clue on how to cut corners for crown molding. They attempted to cut 45 degree corners not knowing that no wall will be a true 90. They were unable to get the corners to meet up. They kept cutting multiple pieces, wasting my expensive crown molding, to try and get the corners to meet. After a while, I told them that I was not comfortable with them completing the job. They agreed and left promptly. They might be good at your normal handy jobs but beware, they weren't able to handle this. Realistically speaking, they should have not agreed to perform this job if they were not qualified.

They got our project done SO quick and it's beautiful. We had our driveway extended, our side yard paved all the way back to our backyard (for RV parking) and had a new patio/area around the pool put in. About 1,450 square feet total. I reached out to 4 concrete places, and All About Concrete was far and away the best customer service. JJ was here each day they worked on our concrete, and he texted me updates along the way which was so nice! Not only did they exceed our expectations on price, timeliness, and quality, but they also tackled unforseen issues and went above and beyond. They carefully lifted our AC unit to replace the concrete under it to match the rest of our patio; they fixed huge drainage problems and put in/replaced drains along our whole side yard (issues caused by our pool company); they bought materials and worked to run our pool overflow line where it needed to go... I felt all these things were above what a normal concrete contractor would provide!

Sadly I must update this review. For some reason weeds have been a non stop issue with the…read morelandscaping that was done less than a year ago. Within a a month of the landscaping- weeds started growing heavily through the rock beds , and then later in borders and in the concrete dividers. I immediately called the owner and he did send out some young guys to pull weeds and sprayed . He did not come to view himself. Less than a month later weeds were coming through again. I contacted him again and several promises were made to come back but it never happened. I was told by another land scraper that the weed fabric installed was probably low quality and the rocks needed to be removed, a weed killer applied to the dirt , and a higher quality weed fabric relaid. This will all cost me additional money , which I spent $5000 for this yard landscape. Another thing the drips that were installed never properly worked so many of the plants died due to lack of water. I was advised this would be I investigated, and it was not. While I understand weeds will happen over time, they are actually worse now than before? I wanted a low maintenance backyard landscape, which this isn't it.

I called for a quote and within days met with Jeff and had numbers in hand. It just so happened that there was also a window to have the work done the following week! The quote was fair and I was very happy to have the project done so quickly. Shortly after the initial quote, I made some changes which resulted in a little miscommunication on a couple pieces of the project. More time would surely have eliminated these concerns, but Jeff and I were able to resolve the gaps in expectations before the work was completed with only minor setbacks. Jeff exceeded expectations with my requests for drainage, which he ran along both sides of my driveway all the way to the sidewalk, and added in multiple drought tolerant plants to add to the design. Upon completion there are a couple small cracks in the concrete that showed up days after being laid, and my hose and mailbox were damaged during the construction (which Jeff offered to replace and re-install), but after having been through a kitchen remodel and other yard projects through other contractors, have learned there will always be minor adjustments or imperfections with any job. Jeff is very responsive, and his crew is hard working and polite. I am very happy with the work and that I was able to get a fair price and have the work done so quickly. The yard looks great and I have had many compliments from neighbors.

I keep going to these guys because they deliver good work, timely professional and the price is very reasonable. Instead of doing grass and a sprinkler system, which I thought was a lot more work, and just an enormous amount of maintenance. I decided to do Ivory Rock in the center of my lawn, and Sonoma gold, in the planter area, and the island in front of my house which used to have grass. The look of my front yard is so much more clean , minimalistic but elegant at the same time. I can confidently say that I have the best looking yard in my neighborhood. Good luck with your project if you decide to go with Grit landscaping.

They were willing to work with my schedule and met me after work and on weekends when needed. After having them pour a beautiful slab for a new hot tub, moving a ton of dirt for me, and doing some hardscape around a pool, they were able to pour an amazing driveway with textured and colored details that make it a standout in my neighborhood. They poured a concrete pad for my pool equipment and then built a beautiful retaining wall that allowed me to raise my fence and increase its functionality and aesthetic. In total, six different design-build conponents of my home were successfully completed by Nunez Construction as well as some digging and dirt removal.
