So the only recommendation I have is to be aware of false advertisement and misrepresentation of services even if you call to confirm.

It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. Which does not make sense because the texts state clearly ITS A MEDIUM on Groupon but buy it in the office with us. Don't buy it there... He then proceeded to upswell me and tell me I need to pay the difference or use it as credit for another service. By that time it was too late for me to even want to consider them any longer. I no longer felt safe. I am now going to report this to BBB and Yelp. And would like full refund and help from Groupon.
