My visit with Dr. Erik Rosenberg at San Diego Sports and Spine in San Diego was one of the best experiences I've had. Dr. Rosenberg took significantly more time with me than most chiropractors I've seen in the past. Instead of rushing through the appointment, he listened carefully to my history of neck and back pain and used several different treatment modalities to address my specific issues. I appreciated that the care felt personalized rather than a quick adjustment and out the door. If you're looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor in San Diego for car accident injuries, chronic neck pain, back pain, or sports-related issues, I highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg and the team at San Diego Sports and Spine. The level of attention, professionalism, and thorough care really stood out compared to other chiropractic offices I've visited

I went here after waking up in the morning unable to walk. I had never tried alternative medicine…read moreso I must admit I was a bit apprehensive coming in but the staff made me comfortable and excited for the process from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted by Sam who was super friendly and attentive to my needs. It's nice to step into a space where all the staff is getting along and everyone truly believes in the success of their practices and you could really feel that energy in there. Sam, Martina, and Melanie kept me entertained and learning about what they do there and how much it was going to heal me and how excited they personally were to see how I felt after. When Dr. Lydia came to retrieve me in my gimpy state I was in I was ready and my mind was super open to whatever was about to happen. When I got in it was super clean and there a very healing tribal flute music permeating the air to keep you nice and relaxed while she breathes with you and fills your pressure points with thin needles to relieve the tension and open up your muscles. She really has a deep passion for what she does rooting back to her upbringing in Poland and takes the time and grace to tell you what's happening inside your muscles as you go through the process. Afterwards she followed up with a cupping procedure which felt like and octopus was being moved along my back sucking my skin from the muscles further opening them to heal. Dr Lydia was super gentle I trusted her every step of the way and also loved learning about the science behind it. When I got out of that room I felt so much more refreshed I was back to walking and my entire demeanor had changed from grumpy to stoked. Next up I was offered a trial run in their sounds lounge. This this is a relaxing little trip. Sam and Martina were there to help me choose my program with enthusiasm and laughs. The bed is so comfy it's like a gel cloud and once you've got the whole thing fired up with the sounds the lights and you're in the moment you feel like you transcend into a different world which I'm sure all of us are ready to leave this reality for a little while. It was super relaxing and grounding to go for the ride and I came out feeling like a million bucks. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! See you again soon!

So, I thought I was lifting a simple 5-gallon paint can, but instead I picked up a monster that was…read morehiding inside of that paint can. It stuck its gnarly claw through my shoulder and under a rib, then poof! It was gone but my pain was real and very much not gone.  No matter what exercise I did there was no relief. Then The Monster had the audacity to show up late in the night and crank its little claw until I could barely lift my head. Punk ass monster did it when I was asleep.  Pain was fetal position level pain, only you can't get in that position because ahh! Monster claw. This is not the situation you want to be in when you are not only in need of chiropractic care, but you have to find a new provider as well.  I chose to come here because appointments give me anxiety.  So, the Doc comes in and she does this thing rarely ever done. She listened. I was giving her canned answers because, well, no one listens. Plus, I was paranoid about giving out all my information. You know how it goes. Tell us everything about you and then we're gonna go do what we wanna do.  Only, that's not what happened. The Doc really wanted to know. Her mind was doing that thing where math shoots out of her head - all equations and angles. The Doc is no longer looking at me. So, I'm like oh, I guess I'm going to leave here in the same shape I came in. You know that feeling where you're the only one that can see and feel The Monster.  She wasn't not looking at me, she was looking at The Monster!! She could see it. It never left. She could F-N-C it! The Monster cares not and says, "What are you a good 97 lbs?" and then The Monster says coolly, "Come at me bro." The Doc politely gets up, walks out, and immediately walks back in dressed in a yellow onesie with the black stripe down the sides. She thumbed her nose and said just as coolly, "I can take um." She planted her foot in the earth and jumped into the stratosphere. She straight up Super Saiyan now I'm a small dot on the table.   She comes hurdling back to earth and it is on.You hear bones crack and The Monster tried to hold on but was no match for her skill. The Monster had to remove its claw. I sit up a little dizzy and the room is covered with cans and jars.My only thought was, "I hope this place recycles because that's a lot of cans of whoop-ass." The Monster was defeated this time, but did that "I'll be back" thing. The Doc was like, "Next time bring your momma." Oh shoot!! This Doc is bad ass! I turn around to tell her thank you, but poof, just like that the Doc was gone.  Then this angel host comes floating down from the heavens with a Unicorn and puppies. She places me on the Waters of Life and says, "Relax, heal." She floats around feeding unicorns and puppies and placing humans on big beds of lettuce in the ocean.  I'm desperately trying to stay awake, but my body just took a deep, deep breath.  Gaby was the Host. Dr. Hannah was the Doc. Walk in whenever you want.  They are next level. Update: a few weeks later I met with Dr. Ray Dr. Ray rattled off my notes like he was there the first time. He delivered. Just like the other Doc. So what I'm saying is it doesn't matter who you get this place is like the Justice League of spines. yay I found a place.
