Jordan Hill Farm is a picturesque, 85-acre secluded countryside retreat in the heart of Madison County, Kentucky. This scenic retreat, located just outside of Richmond, hosts wedding and reception parties, corporate events, conferences and vacationers. The homestead itself is a 4,500 square foot architectural delight furnished with Western frontier style exposed wood and cozy log cabin designs. But it's the rolling hills that will take your breath away.
Boasting glorious sunsets that rest against the lush green hillsides, Jordan Hill Farm is unlike any other venue. The farm's exceptional outdoor scenery is the perfect accompaniment to romantic wedding and reception photography. The farm can also accommodate horses and is home to several idyllic private ponds and streams for creating that ideal natural ambiance. More so, visitors can indulge in bird watching -- watch especially for the beautiful Hummingbirds that make an appearance.
Corporate event planners can expect a calming and efficient meeting space that is close to major airports, equipped with standard technical facilities and accompanied by the farm's own on-site catering. Offering excellent outdoor opportunities for corporate and office team-building exercises, the farm's charmed atmosphere has corporate guests returning to the offices relaxed, inspired and motivated to reach new heights...
History
Established in 2012.
Jordan Hill Farm was built originally in the 1800's and then rebuilt using many of the same logs and timber from the land to create the rustic home of casual elegance and home style ambiance. Visualizing its unique characteristics, we felt the need to have it bring people together for many aspects such as business meetings, special events, intimate weddings, family reunions and fabulous getaways. The charm of the countryside venue will give anyone the inspiration to breath, relax and rejuvenate. Our newest capture to the property is our barn quilt that we felt depicted "rejuvenation" which it was named for to inspire those who came here just for that purpose.
Meet the Business Owner: Joyce G.
My husband and I reunited after 30 years and decided to move to Kentucky, Looking for a place to settle, we came over the ridge to this property and was inspired to its beauty and serene feeling. Living here for several years, we realized that we needed to give Jordan Hill Farm back to others for them to have a taste of the countryside and enjoy the surroundings of the beautiful wildlife and peacefulness to life. We began to build a dream of which it has become reality. We receive so much happiness to having others come retreat to a wonderful place of Kentucky's bluegrass.
