Prior to hiring Joe I had several discussions regarding our sons case. Joe was quick to respond and honest. What I appreciated most was his resourcefulness, ability to connect, and his ability to recite legal code without pause. Dealing with the legal system particularly when it involves a family member with a history of mental health illness is difficult. Having a knowledgeable and patient attorney is critical. Reasonable rates with several payment options. Cons - Once the retainer was paid it became nearly impossible to reach Joe. A Senior Associate was assigned to assist with our sons case. Said associate was dismissive, arrogant, condescending, and unprepared. From the initial conversation it became clear this associate was exactly the opposite of what we wanted in an attorney. Every attempt to reach Joe through his Office Manager and/or Legal Assistant was unsuccessful. It took nearly a week and a follow up call for the docket to reflect a substitution in legal council. Several other incidents revealed a larger firm, creative biographies, and strategic marketing isn't necessarily a reflection of the service you will receive. If you are working with Joe directly without question he is worth the investment.

I cannot recommend Attorney Aaron Brockler highly enough. From the very beginning, Aaron handled my…read morecase with unmatched dedication, expertise, and persistence. He left no stone unturned, and his command of the law gave me complete confidence that I was in the best possible hands. What truly sets Aaron apart is not just his skill as an attorney, but the way he treats his clients. Throughout one of the most difficult times of my life, he made sure I never felt alone. He communicated clearly, explained every step of the process, and always made time to answer my questions. More importantly, he gave me reassurance when I needed it most. Aaron didn't just defend me, he stood by me. He fought for my future, my reputation, and my peace of mind with a level of care and persistence that went far beyond what I ever expected. He showed me that I wasn't just another case, but a person he genuinely cared about helping. Before hiring Aaron, I interviewed nearly every top defense attorney in Northeast Ohio. Trust me when I say Aaron is the best of the best. I did the legwork so you don't have to and choosing him was the smartest decision I could have made. If you are looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, relentless, and compassionate, Aaron Brockler is the one you want in your corner. I will always be grateful for the work he did for me and the support he gave me through this process. He will always be my lawyer.

This is my second review about this law firm. First one was a Goodle review after I had an initial…read moreconsultation with Richard Herman. I had to write this review several months ago but got busy and finally doing it now. Richard Herman and his team are excellent lawyers. My case was very very difficult and rare case. After I consulted with Richard Herman, I spoke with several other lawyers to get second, third and so on and so forth opinions. Several, if not ALL of them, rejected me, saying they don't take a such case. One lawyer told me that the case is the dead-end case. I don't want to get in to too many details of the case, but unknowingly and accidently I voted in a federal election and didn't even know that it was a federal crime and was facing, in a good case scenario a deportation, otherwise up to 2 years of imprisonment, forget about citizenship. Richard Herman was the ONLY lawyer who set realistic expectations, without promising me the moon from the sky, told me that we have a very slim chance to win this, but he will do his best. I was ready to the worst possible scenarios. However, with the right guidance and excellent Affidavit of Support from Richard Herman, which was a crucial part of the evidence packet sent to USCIS, in just a month I got approved for the citizenship. After 2 months I took my Oath of Allegiance and now I am a citizen of the United States. Ms. Tahani Raihan was excellent as well. I'd highly recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for help. Thank you, Richard and Tahani.

In a split second our lives were forever changed and people were asking me questions that I just didn't understand. While my husband was in another surgery fighting for his life, I started googling. Review after review, firm after firm.. it was all too much to try and figure out. I came across KNR. Multiple locations, many attorneys. They were my first and only call. As the gentleman proceeded to ask me questions, I interrupted. I want to ask you questions before I go into detail about my situation. If I call is anyone going to know who I am or am I just a number? How many automated systems am I going to have to navigate to get through to ask questions? Is anyone actually going to call me back? He instantly said, I have the perfect Attorney for you and there's no need to answer any questions from me. A few minutes later Nomiki called me and I'm so grateful she did. She was an answer to one of my prayers. She took her position very seriously and guided me through everything start to finish almost 5 years later. She paid attention to every detail big or small and sometimes just listened to me cry when she felt like I really just needed someone to listen. I know I would not have made it through all of this without her. To her husband and children, Thank you for allowing me to interrupt baking cookies for church and for the answered calls even when your family were on vacation, a gathering, the gym and even the DC trip. I honestly was completely alone in my decision making and she stepped up and in time after time. . I cannot say enough good things about this firm. John, Nomiki and Chris did exactly what we asked, educated us on our options the whole way and fought for us and what was right. . Beth, you're amazing and thank you for everything you've done as well. I've enjoyed and desperately needed one of our random conversations about everything and nothing. They were a great break from my reality and helped heal a broken part of me. Over the years you have all become like family and as grateful as I am that this journey is over, I feel like I am saying good bye to part of my family. Thank you for caring for Jason and I and taking such great care of us. We love you all!
