Buyer Beware: I hired Scott over what looked to be a…read morerelatively straight forward custody case that blew up because and issue by Mom. Scott used up 10K dollars quickly, despite his seemingly reasonable fees. I followed his advice to a T. He advised me to give him some documents, and assured me it was legal... IT WAS NOT! When he got called out on it, he threw me under the bus, and shifted blame to me in order to remove himself from the case and from the situation created. In my opinion this showed a disrespect for the oath of attorney client privilege.
