I went into the shop to get info on my car and the other cars status that I had hit. The administrator, My, made this whole process something that I could laugh about. I have had such bad anxiety and she made the process very easy. In the end, my car is totaled and the insurance didn't want to repair. Although I didn't get to see any repairs from them, I still had an amazing experience with Kustom. This place has spectacular customer service and are very communicative. Dave is also a very involved owner. I really appreciated his calls in to update me on the status while we waited for the super slow adjuster. That's not something you want to do, but there it is. The first time, I hit a large buck on Rt 2 while driving home from work. The second time, my wife decided to back into the garage and, well, she didn't make it. The damage was pretty extensive on the deer strike, and not so much on the garage strike. But both times Steve and his Crew did an outstanding job repairing the vehicles. (I was actually hoping the Subaru was going to be declared a total loss, but alas, it was only about 6K of work. See my North End review for more on that). They are very busy, so expect a few weeks to get an appointment. But also expect a perfect repair job when you're done. The first accident was mostly covered by insurance, but the second was out of our pocket. In both cases there weren't any surprises with the billing, and Steve always mentions that until you start peeling things apart you don't know what you're dealing with, so we were prepared if there were.

Very friendly folks here. Try to help you as soon as they can and get the job done asap. Good…read moreprices, but, something to be aware of, they are cash or check only.

They started the work and called me with additional work they wanted to do to the bed. I agreed to some of the additional work, and again emphasized my primary concerns needing to be addressed (roof & crease/dent on bed). I paid the additional amount on top of what he first quoted me. After I picked up the truck, I noticed the repairs were not done correctly. They left a rust spot next to the antenna and you can still see the dent that was part of crease on the bed. I returned on two separate occasions to give the General Manager, Andrew Milner, the opportunity to make it right. Instead of standing behind his work, he told me that if it were his truck, he "would not be complaining." He also said that to fix it correctly, he would have to charge me more money. I had already paid for the repairs I requested and expected them to be completed properly the first time. I gave the shop multiple chances to resolve the issues and make it right , but they refused to honor their work and correct the issues.
