I was so impressed, I had them put my car up on the lift and quoted me some repairs and problems I never even seen myself. I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs because they are real and show the customer up close and personal, unlike some garages that won't even let you look underneath your own car.

No doubt in my mind that this is one of the best auto shop I have been to in my 50+ years of…read moredriving and car ownership. I ran into this shop initially by accident. It was one of the recommended outfit to install snow tires I bought from the Web. I have since taken my car there for service twice. Once for a leaking tire and once for transmission maintenance. Entrance of this shop is at a back alley of No. Road, and the first impression is not at all impressive. One is likely to witness a wide variety of cars, from current models, to old classics, to one of a kind vehicle, under different stages of repairs as one winds his/her way into the office. It has no shinning floor and parts are scattered around. "Ordered messiness" might be an appropriate way to describe the shop. It sort of reminds me of the cluttered desk of one of the smartest professor I had at Stanford. But under this deceiving appearance, the shop is run by a crew of true professionals with good discipline, great service and unbeatable prices. It costed me $50 to repair a nail in my tire. A transmission service with full fluid change was $160, PARTS AND LABOUR included! It would have costed me more just to have the car examined at the dealership. On top of that, it opens until 9 pm! Which garage does that nowadays! I am a professional engineer with more than 30+ years of project experiences in aerospace. I have also been a car guys with five cars who still owns his first car (1971 Mustang) and changes his own oils. I know professionalism when I see it. It is definitely not easy for me to be impressed by an auto shop. --- I AM IMPRESSED BY CAR BOY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ---

My father was a steady customer since the 1960's with John Weston and his son Brent has been just as great for decades now with all of my automobiles. As someone else mentioned they go above and beyond with service and proper diagnosing any engine problems and repairing what needs done. They have always discussed the issues and given me options as to what needs work and what can wait a bit until needed. I would recommend them to anyone that wants good honest repairs on their vehicle. Also being a woman, I am relieved to work with a company that respects that I know a bit about cars and does not try to sell me services or parts that I don't need. Sooo professional !!!…read more I can't say enough about the treatment my car and I both received from KP Auto Body. Right from the very kind receptionist to the owner and Luis. They arranged the rental car and even an extension as I was out of town a few days and couldn't pick it up at the appointed time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Luis who took me into their shop and went over step by step exactly what was done. They took all my stress away from getting my vehicle assessed, repaired and handed back to me like a super shiny brand new vehicle....it was amazing.... really!! If you want a no worry experience getting your car repaired after a collision these gentlemen at KP,s Auto Body Shop are the ones to do it. I really have to say my treatment felt like I was dealing with a company that treated myself and my vehicle as if it was their very own! Thank you guys for a 10 Star job.

Whenever I get into one of those unfortunate car accidents, the first place I think of when having…read moremy dings and dents repaired is K P. They are an "ICBC Accredited" shop, so any minor accident that was not your fault, and was no hit and run, you complained of no bodily injury, and ICBC has waved the deductible on you, most likely you will not even have to go to the claim centres, as when you tell them on the phone, you can just go here. A big shop, where the entrance for a car is on the back alley, which is really close to Brittania Secondary. Any body work that needs to be done, they do a great job in restoring your car back to what it should be looking like. The workers are helpful in explaining what they did after you pick up your car, are very thorough from front to back. The guy who runs the shop (Kevin) is very friendly, and over the years of coming here, he knows who I am, and all his clientele, and not treating you just as another number going through his shop. They have courtesy cars here, that are a bit older, but they have them, but what really sets this shop apart from the rest is the service, attitude, and care that take on working on your car. They are very honest as well!

Coming from Seattle, I had gone up there for a fundraiser event and right after the event on my way to my Airbnb I drove through a flood of water. Shortly after my car stopped working. Luckily, in front of the building. My cousin who lives In Canada searched for a mobile mechanic and found this company. I called and got a response right away. Courtney is great at communicating. Not only did he tell me when he could come but he is also was considerate of my time, I told him I needed to get back to Seattle for work. So he came through to try to help me. He did a full inspection to find what was wrong. He needed a second opinion and called his friend to confirm his findings. His friend who is an electrician gave him the codes and Courtney told me what to search for and order. My uncle was worried about me and knew of a couple of mechanics who work for Lexus dealerships. He wanted to help me get a second opinion. He asked them to come check my car to help me before I would order the part Courtney suggested, just incase it could be something else. They did and they said it was the fuel pump. I shared this with Courtney. Courtney was in shock, since he checked it already, he did not find anything wrong with it. But he was humble and he said ok, let's try it. It would not hurt and I would have a brand new fuel pump so we would not have to worry about it going out anytime soon. So he replaced it, the problem was not fixed. So we went back to the original plan he asked me to do. I ordered the part and came back to Surrey immediately. Courtney replaced the computer and it worked!!!! What I really appreciate about Courtney was that he was communicative and followed up on me during this whole 3 week process, it only took this long because my Uncle just wanted to double check with his friends first before I order the computer. I honestly wished I did not, I could have just ordered the part Courtney asked for and had it shipped in 1 week and it would have turned into 1 week versus 3. I lost some time from work. But it's ok, now I have made a friend and found a wonderful mechanic with great knowledge of cars. I think his prices are very reasonable, especially for mobile. His quality work, time, and knowledge, I give him 5 . He helped me to understand things when I asked questions and he was very patient and just wanted to help. He is genuine and personable, all these qualities are well worth it all! I highly recommend Prezi mobile service. Quality and best service!!!
