We visited 4 different local companies & our first impression of LoveSeat was the best & put it in "1st place" for our business, but another company beat their price by a couple hundred dollars so we went with someone else. This other company basically just eye-balled what we wanted done & their written estimate seemed "off"; the yardage needed seemed way too low & we were curious/worried they'd try to correct this once they started the job. After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Loveseat measured everything the first time we went in, just friendly with no pressure & no worries. Great communication too (why does that seem to be a dying art?!), as well as turn-around. Final result? We Love our new seats & would recommend them in a heartbeat! Next time we'll head here first, lesson learned!

Letsy and Mario were fantastic! We had a conversation on the phone. They cleaned the covers and already checked in to see if they are comfortable, and if I am happy with the results. Couch is comfy and looks brand new again! The repairman was able to come out, he spread blankets out to cover my floor and ensure the dust wouldn't get all over the place. He estimated repairs would take about two hours, but it was done in one. He even reinforced the leg to make sure it wouldn't collapse like it had before. (It had very ambitiously been stapled into place and it's a miracle it lasted as long as it did.) He was even able to put a new dust cover into place since the previous one had gotten shredded by the leg and then my cat. There was no mess left when he was done, and he walked me through every step as he was working. 10/10, definitely recommend. I also booked an heirloom coffee table to be picked up and refinished. I cannot wait to see it come back to life like my armchair did.

We have a high quality Italian made sofa that a cat used as a scratching post years ago, it was comfortable and had good bones but was truly depressing to look at. We actually tried to get rid of it for a while but we had no takers. Not wanting to send it to a landfill, we decided to try reupholstery though it was a significant investment, equivalent to buying a new sofa. This whole team was an absolute pleasure to work with, smart, talented and professional, and our new sofa looks so incredible, like something out of Architectural Digest. It certainly looks more expensive than what we paid. They even constructed for us a matching ottoman that has made our sofa into a sectional and it looks great. We were really pleased with the fabric selection too -- it's the same top quality performance fabric offered by high end furniture retailers for custom pieces. If you're on the fence as I was -- save a tree and support valuable talent by having your old pieces reupholstered here, you won't regret it.
