Chris H came out to my place when nobody else would and he worked hard in the sun to get me right. Maybe 2 hours. He ran diagnostics, did some troubleshooting of his own, but couldn't find the answers. Basically, Husqvarna did away with old sim connections and I needed a 4G board. Another company had installed it but there was no connection. Chris got on the horn with Husqvarna and found out that the boards come ready in AIRPLANE MODE and the company was just finding out this info and being slow with telling this info to their authorized dealers. I'm mentioning that here in case it helps anyone with connection issues. Chris was a top notch wizard, making me an instant fan of him, his work ethic, pleasant demeanor and I'm also now a fan of J E Womble & Sons. A.
