I called up to find out if I could buy another over the phone and have it shipped here. The lady looked all over the store for them. and could not find them. It turns out they were at a different store. I was so embarrassed. The owner was so gracious and kind. It was very refreshing to see a business owner not only willing to go the extra mile but glad to do it. I will shop there every time I am in Enterprise.

3 on attitude 5 on inventory…read more Sandy's meet and Greet was spot on! She is on top of things. Has a wicked comeback for sassy people! I might qualify! She was helpful and pleasant! Know this, you are going to pay FULL RETAIL Price! There is no negotiation! And she is direct! You think your going antiquing, bargains and maybe a little haggling---Nope! She is having none of that! Full price BABY! "That stuff flys off my shelf, there is no reason to drop the price!" so there is no haggling! I am happy for her! I love supporting small businesses! Might I suggest next time to tone down the arrogance of how well your business is doing. First there's joking-then there's NO~ Grrrrr! It was all about her tone... was a turn off, I thought about leaving and not buying the item....But I wanted it! Dang it! I don't have a reason to come back at this point and wouldn't make a special trip If I did. I'd google it! Sorry, I was on vacation was impulse buying and I would have spent more if the attitude was better--- I really liked bird houses! If she spent more time suggesting other things maybe I'd have gotten both! Good Luck and may this help you and not hurt your business.
