I am writing a review of Hometown Trailer Sales & Service in Butler, PA, highlighting the…read moreexceptional wheel bearing service and customer support that I experienced recently from Jamie & Bruce with the organization. My wife and I recently traveled for 10 mouths out west and back so I wanted to have the wheel bearings repacked, I had talked with several trailer service companies and mobile RV techs while on our journey and received estimates of $300-400 to service four wheels. Hometown Trailer Sales completed the job out the door for $150 and that included new seals, shop fees, and tax. All I can say is, great service at an exceptional price! My 37' Grand Design travel trailer was serviced by Jamie who has 30+ years of experience working on trailers and RVs. It was clear Jamie understands the importance of well-maintained wheel bearings for the safety of taking your RV on the road. Jamie proved to be skilled in diagnosing and repairing any issues concerning wheel bearings, ensuring our trailer is roadworthy and reliable. He took the time to educate me on all aspects of wheel bearing maintenance, suspension, and brakes. In addition, I asked to enter the shop after the wheels were removed to take pictures of the wheel/axle/suspension assembly for my own knowledge and awareness.... Jamie was very accommodating and provided additional insight concerning each of the areas for future maintenance. In talking with Bruce and Jamie, it was clear the organization prides itself on providing exceptional customer service with integrity. As a customer, I felt they treated me with respect and provided professional service with a commitment to excellence. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy trailer repair shop, I strongly recommend Hometown Trailer Sales. Contact Bruce and Jamie to schedule an appointment and learn more about their services. This company is completely Shady. I've been trying to get results from them since the beginning of…read moreMay when I purchased the vehicle. The issue started out with the car having multiple mechanical issues within the first two days. I initially tried to go down in person and contact them but the only thing I received was a door shut in my face and no return phone calls. By the end of May I contacted an attorney as well as a dispute with my bank. Currently the company has made multiple public post saying that they have contacted me and attempted to work things out with me such as offering to pay for the repairs or returning my money but while they have posted this publicly on Facebook I have not received any actual communication from them since May 31st. I have asked them to provide proof that they tried to contact me on their end with a date stamp including but they still cannot provide that information because it did not happen. If you value the safety of the vehicle you are actually leaving with you should definitely buy from someone else don't even bother looking at these vehicles unless you're willing to put your family and yourself at risk. Also if they're able to on pages they will hide and delete reviews and comments that are negative. Make sure you check out their reviews on cars.com as well as their complaints with the BBB and reviews on there.

I brought my 2024 CF Moto Papio in for its first break-in service and was charged $521. According…read moreto CF Moto's owner's manual, the break-in service only requires an oil and filter change, cleaning the oil strainer, a valve clearance check, and basic inspections (chain, brakes, cables, lights). Other dealers quote $200-$300 for this service on small motorcycles. I asked for itemization but the bill included inflated labor and charges for things not clearly required. I feel taken advantage of, especially as a new owner trusting the dealership. I want other riders to be aware of the high pricing here. Transparency and fair pricing matter and $521 for a 126cc bike's break-in service is far above industry norms.

I bought two bikes from your dealership, promoted your brand (Salesman Mike said I sold him a lot of Royal Enfields because of all my social media and youtube posts) and this is the way you treat me? You wouldn't even return my phone calls left on your business voicemail . . . GO BLANK YOURSELF . . . I found a new dealer that treats me like a respected and valued customer! JEERS! P.S. I am ripping the stickers off the bikes that say "Sold & Serviced by Gatto," because it would be dis-honest to leave them on!!!!!
