Extremely unhappy with the customer service and care of the team…read more I had first gone into the Seattle location about 2 or 3 years ago for a consultation and when I finally decided to commit years later. They had my social security number still. So just be forewarned that even if you go in for a consultation they will hold your private information to years to come. Also, during my treatment I received an email that their system had been hacked and my information had been stolen. So be aware. I have only met with the orthodontist once--at my initial consultation. I did not see him at the time I received my aligners or during my mid-treatment appointment, and all of my follow-up visits have only been with dental assistants. One of the main issues I had with my teeth I brought up during my initial consultation to the ortho, I even brought it up again to the dental assistant during my half way point when she showed me what the final results would look like and I told her I don't think my problem will be fixed. I have finished my treatment and have been emailing their office to try and get in and meet with someone about my teeth because I would like to have my issues addressed not with another dental assistant who is going to ignore me but with an orthodontist to review my progress, discuss my concerns in detail, and ensure that my results are what I asked for. Over a week later I have still not heard anything. Not to mention I already paid for my retainers that I still have not received because they haven't contacted me to come finish up the last of my treatment

As a…read morenew patient I was able to make my appointment online which was great and saved time having to play phone tag. I went to High School with one of the Dentist but didn't get to see him on my initial visit as he was at their Seattle location. But seriously from the front desk staff to the hygienists and then Dr. Sullivan. I had the best care. The chairs massage you...which was unexpected...flat screens on the ceiling so you can see what they see. Everyone was so thorough in explaining what they were doing, care tips and treatment plans. They made sure to explain what my insurance covered what treatment should be done now and what could wait until the new benefit year. I was even given a Sonicare toothbrush for being a new patient. Best dental care I've ever had!!

Before choosing this office, I wish someone had shared an experience like mine…read more I was referred here as an in-network patient, but my consultation felt rushed from start to finish. The office collected my insurance information three different times, yet I barely had time to read the paperwork before being asked if I had questions. The doctor spent only a couple of minutes with me, confirmed I had mandibular tori, and left without a thorough oral exam or explaining the procedure in detail. The biggest concern was the insurance estimate. I was quoted nearly $2,800 upfront. When I questioned it because UnitedHealthcare had told me my in-network benefits were much better, my concerns were brushed aside. After calling UnitedHealthcare myself, I learned the estimate didn't match my plan's contracted allowable amounts. The office said they would investigate and call me back. Four weeks later, I still haven't received that call. I sought a second opinion with an out-of-network oral surgeon, and the experience was completely different. They reviewed my insurance thoroughly, provided procedure codes beforehand, took additional X-rays, performed a complete oral exam, explained the surgery step by step, answered all of my questions, and submitted a preauthorization before scheduling anything. The difference in communication, transparency, and patient care was remarkable. I ultimately chose another surgeon because I never felt confident I was receiving accurate information about my treatment or financial responsibility.

In my voicemail I mentioned my dental insurance provider At 7 am the next day we got a text message that they were open and had same day appointments available and to call when we were up and ready to chat. When I called to confirm the appointment they already had looked into our insurance and we were in network! They just made it so easy and stress free Everyone from reception, billing, the dental assistant to the dentist were incredibly kind and most importantly really knowledgable and able to help us/guide us no matter the question My husband was in and out so much more quickly than we expected and they really helped with a personalized pain management plan Highly recommend if you ever need oral surgery

I was so nervous for the procedure. The dentist removed my teeth and did such an amazing job! I was fine the next day I couldn't believe it! The doctors there are amazing! Fast forward to today. My husband had a severe tooth ache and needed to be seen ASAP. Mind you, he wasn't an existing patient so I knew it was a long shot to get an emergency appointment that worked with his schedule. His previous dentist hours were just not flexible enough. I knew that Graham Family was open late and I loved my experience so I gave them a call. They got him in and worked with his schedule. Not only did they work with his schedule, he had an abscess and needed a root canal and they were SO KIND to alter the schedule and fit him in same day (even though I think the dentist was about to head home!!) We were absolutely grateful because we are flying out of town this weekend and he couldn't miss any more work for another appointment this week. The staff is so so sweet. All the front desk ladies there are amazing. I could sit and talk with them for hours!!! My husband gets a little anxious at the dentist and he also had a great experience. He was very comfortable here and he even commented on how nice all the assistants were to him and he LOVED Dr. Chen. I would recommend this office to everyone! It's a phenomenal place to establish care.

(Location): located in a very busy area of Parkland, in the same business area as a Baskin Robbins. There's a good amount of parking on site! (Experience): I highly recommend this location-- the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable! I am usually terrified of male providers and I have never liked going to the dentist, but this has to be one of the best experiences that I've had so far. Dr. Norman was careful and got me the treatment deemed necessary, which countered another recent experience with a dentist where I was charged almost $1,000 without actually receiving the treatment I wanted. His assistant Savannah (Carly as well) is such a delight and she almost made me forget that I was at a dental office. Neither made me feel embarrassed about my dental habits, even though I surely could've done a much better job at keeping my dental health in order. I have had a filling and a root canal here with no issues so far. Billing is very transparent with an actual printout of the price breakdown and the pricing seems reasonable to me. I will update again after my crown placement and my cleaning.

I believe patients should be treated with respect regardless of whether they decide to stay with a clinic or transfer their care elsewhere. I was very disappointed with how the entire situation was handled, and it confirmed my decision to leave.
