My mother in laws healthy 5 yr old dog just died 15 hours after being spayed by this vet. I do not recommend her surgical services.

They said they already looked at him and treated him and our bill is $76.50. They said maybe a fea caused his rash. He is a house cat and we hold him all the time. He does not have any fleas. We saw nothing they did for him. We never saw a vet these were just the people that help a vet we saw. Our cat still has a rash. When we left them before lunch they said it was $25.00 for the exam they did not tell us they were charging other charges with out telling us.

I brought my cat who normally weighs 7.5lbs into this vet because she hadn't eaten in two days. She…read moreweighed 5.6lbs. They said they needed to do bloodwork. It came back inconclusive and the vet said it's probably pancreatitis. Gave me anti nausea pills and special diet. She didn't eat again the next day so I called and they said wait for the meds to work. She didn't eat the next day and they said wait until Friday then bring her in. There was no way I was going to have my tiny cat wait not eating for 6 days. I brought her to another vet who did bloodwork should me the results took X-rays found some abdominal issues said it was not pancreatitis and showed my on the bloodwork why it wasn't. She weigh 5.2lbs. This vet if I had followed the instructions would have killed my cat! Don't go here!

Morton Small Animal Clinic - This is the JJ we received after the 2 weeks stay, absolutely beyond skinny! Scarfing down the food like he hasn't eaten in days!!

Bring a lunch because you'll be waiting a looooong time. I tried using the online chat with Emily,…read morebut the response time was terrible. I got an email confirming a 4 PM appointment, and Emily, the same person from the phone and chat, told me to bring Manny a GSD in. At 4 PM, they took us to a room where we spoke to a tech, who said someone would be with us shortly. She came back to look at him and asked if we wanted an X-ray for $175 (still no vet yet) or a physical from the doctor. We chose the physical, and she said the doctor would be in soon. By 5:21, she returned to apologize, saying there's only one doctor for 10 rooms. Can you say greed? We turned around and left. The waiting room still had 10 people trying to get into one of those rooms. I don't care how many doctors or rooms you have; that's your problem. If they told me to be there at 1 AM, I'd be on time. I'd heard good things in the past, which is why I chose this place, but now that they're in the big new building, their service is going downhill. Word will get around, just like in other reviews I've seen. Terrible service!

Brought my kitten in for a severe dog bite to the face at about 830 at night, they check him in and…read morekeep him overnight to monitor and stabilize. The dr wasnt sure how to proceed since his nasal bone was snapped off and looked like nasal tissue could be damaged so he'd probably need some kind of surgery. They give me a quote on how much itll be for overnight with 200 deposit and the rest is due tomorrow. A technician tells me theyll call around 8-9 for an update. Next morning comes and no call, I call at 950 for an update. Kitten is ok, eating and drinking and I will get a call later about the next step for his face. At 1120 im in town, swing by to pay for the overnight charge they said would be due today. Theres some confusion, i dont have to pay yet and shes quoting me a higher amount than they said the highest total would be last night. I talk to a technician and she shows me my kitten. They had gone ahead and removed the broken bone and she said the dr had just got in and would call me about what to do next. And I leave. I call again at 3 because no word from anyone. The receptionist says the dr just got in and she'll call me later. My boyfriend then calls them for answers. And about 30 minutes after he called them, they tell me to come pick up the kitten. I get up there, they charge me what they said they would last night, a technician visits me about the meds they gave him and explains they had tacked down part his nose skin and to bring him in for an update visit. After that long of having him, they send him home like this. I showed my mom and she told me he should be taken to the vet. Yes he should, just not this one.
