She made sure that my children were protected both physically and financially, even when I was willing to settle for less money just to be done quicker. She made sure I knew what my rights were and what I should expect. Her paralegal was also very sweet and efficient, and was a great communicator by phone and email. The…read moreverdict we (my daughter & I) had to take for her, we could have very easily got without an attorney & the fee's of $2,500.00 that was wastefully spent on Jason & his lack of defense. With this being said, I do however think Jason is a good person, but we didn't need a act of kindness to help with this case. We needed a steadfast & strong attorney. Something by far did we get. I am simply writing this review because I do not want anyone else's life to be put in his hands. My daughter now has to move forward with regret on going this route with Jason.

I do not typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more I retained this attorney and paid a couple thousand as a retainer for assistance with a mediation agreement that was agreed to on December 1st 2025. Since that time, I have made multiple attempts to follow up regarding whether the agreement was filed and to get answers to several outstanding questions. Despite emails sent as well as multiple phone calls, I received no response. I was left without updates, without confirmation that anything had been filed, and without answers to basic questions about my case. It is now March 20th with still no contact from him or paralegal. Due to the complete lack of communication, I ultimately had to request my case file to seek new counsel. Clear and timely communication is critical in legal matters, especially those involving family and child support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Update: Jeff is still dodging my phone calls and not returning calls or emails for over 4 months. He's taken over a year to successfully submit one document to the courts. He did it once and put down SOMEONE ELSE'S information and submitted it, which was then rejected. In the 8 months or so since that happened, I've been able to get him on the phone ONCE, and was promised a corrected copy would be sent for my review the next day. Unsurprisingly, it never came, and now he's gone MIA. I get the run around and am either told he's not in the office that day, or in a meeting and that he'll call me back anytime I call. This guy is seriously a joke. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Go anywhere else. These people don't care about their clients.
