Mountain Dew was a nickname for moonshine prior to prohibition. Copper Island Gin is made with local Haskap berries, orange peels, lemon grass, coriander, and lavender. A little lighter on the juniper. Very flavourful. After Dark Heatwave Vodka is infused with cayenne peppers. Makes a beautiful Caesar or adds to something sweet like pineapple, mango, peach, or grapefruit juice. After Dark Vodka is a beautiful clean spirit. It placed Silver in the 2019 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition. Monashee Mountain Whiskies are a nice smooth bourbon-style whiskey. The regular won Gold in 2021 at the small-batch bourbon 0-10 years at the SIP awards stateside. The Cinnamous Whiskey won Platinum in the same competition.
