He came to my home and is very knowledgeable and gave realistic expectations about the work & prep that would be needed to get the job done correctly. He had the quote to me within a day and it was very detailed so I knew what work was being quoted and the breakdown of the cost. I really appreciated those details. We moved forward with hiring him and scheduled time for him to start. He showed up on time everyday and worked hard all day (with a lunch break of course!) He is definitely detail oriented. We are so happy with his work. The house is brighter and we haven't found any issues with the work he did. Even the old owners stopped by and loved the freshly painted walls & trim. Highly recommend for any painting job you have.

He and his partner were on time, respectful of our property. Most importantly they did a great job on every surface and at a fair price. They got a lot of work done in a single day, including an area they missed but cleaned later. They did a pretty good job of putting everything back in the right place and were very attentive when we did our walk around inspection. I would highly recommend Kagan for the quality of work, responsiveness and pricing. I will definitely consider him for sealing my concrete or for concrete projects. He is hardworking and deserves your consideration for your work as he grows his business.

I am so disappointed in the service we received. I feel like everything about the job went wrong…read morefrom the moment I signed the contract (that I had to insist on, and thankfully I did considering the following). I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's honestly been a nightmare. We hired Kagan to do a large concrete slab and a retaining wall in our backyard and not only were they late or no-shows almost every single day, once they got their first installment of payment, but it is actually done completely wrong (wall isn't straight, a large dip in the slab causing water to pool by our foundation, and also no joints in the slab which we've since found out is necessary and will cause cracking if not fixed). then when we expressed discontent, they made promises to refund a portion of the cost and then changed their mind and that they'd rather try to fix it. at this point we didn't really trust them but they told us exactly how they'd fix it, and then all they did was smear some more concrete (and leaves!) on it (i've included pictures). they said they were licensed and insured, and I now know to check that and not trust someone at their word. once we escalated the conversation after they said they "fixed it" and expressed that this is enough of a problem for us to have to go through legal channels, he basically said sue me. so, after spending time getting quotes from other companies on what it's going to take to fix it, we are now in the process of speaking to an attorney to sue for what it's going to take. we have every communication back and forth saved and based on that information and the pictures, our attorney says we have a good case. I'm honestly bummed that it's come to this, and I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am so supremely disappointed in the lack of integrity this company shows and am not willing or able to pay for their very expensive mistake that will only cause more damage to my home as time goes on. They should certainly not be doing large concrete jobs, and even if they did learn to do it right eventually, I could never recommend someone with so little integrity. I will update this comment if/when there is a resolution and if they made it right.

We drove over from Cedar Hill (48mins) to check out the wood barns and get prices on metal siding…read morefor an incomplete pole barn that came with our property. When we arrived, no one was out in the parking lot,. So we walked around a bit. After a few minutes we decided to try a door with a sign reading, "Office". Upon entering , we found (I am assuming) the owner sitting at a desk with an employee (son?). They both stared up at me indignantly. I said, "Hi, Sorry. Not sure if I came in the right door. I was wondering if there was someone who could help answer a few questions". "There was no one out there to help you?", replied the owner. "Well he's probably busy. Anyway. What's the question?" So I told him that I was looking for someone to finish a side wall and garage door opening of the 24x48 pole barn. He asked where I lived. When I told him, Cedar Hill, his response was, "Hrm. that's quite FAR". Really??? Sorry..... But even the text in the Yelp description reads. "WE ARE ONLY MINUTES FROM NASHVILLE, BELLEVUE, FRANKLIN, CLARKSVILLE" - Nashville is 58 minutes - Franklin is 1 hour 10 minutes ??!!?? How is it that Cedar Hill, only 48 minutes away, is FAR ??!!?? The two men grumbled a bit more about how far it was and how much work it was to do. So I showed them pictures on my phone. Then, sensing that they were completely disinterested, I asked them.... "If you're unable to do the work, would you be able to you deliver the panels so that I could do the work myself?" (- I'm a 5'6", 55 yr old woman - ). "We could", the owner replied. "There will be a delivery fee". "Ok. How much would the metal sheets be each?", I asked. With a straight face, he responded, "The panels are 3 feet wide and are $310 per foot (in the other direction)". -- Say what?!?! -- I asked again. He told me again. Then I wrote it down. My son & friend who were with me both looked at me as we walked to the car & said, "That's crazy". He was going to charge me $29,000 for JUST the eight, 12 foot panels. That's not even the front side. INSANE! (I know the entire 24x48 structure with metal sides & roof only cost $10k. So $29k to fill a hole in the side was pure BS). People have become so lazy. Basically he was telling us to f* off. Very Christian indeed. PS. ..... Ik ben opgegroeid in Nederland. Deze mensen gedroegen zich niet zoals alle Nederlanders die ik ken. Ze zijn ongeveer zo Nederlands als pizza.

Our whole project was completed within 4 days (had some bad weather move in). It was a pleasure working with them. I had a landscaper accidentally hit a gate on a backyard fence. One of the two hinges that holds…read morethe gate was torn apart. There was no saving it, but the good thing was that the plate that were fastened to the gate and the fence post were not damaged, but the hinge was torn apart. Not a huge problem, but certainly a problem as the type of hinge that holds the gate to the fence post is not available in Home Depot or Lowes and I do not know enough about fences to even know how to begin to search for this specific hinge. I needed help! I am a regular listener to the Chris Hand Show on WTN and I heard Chris do an advertisement for Kingdom Fence Company. I was sitting in front of a computer when I heard the advertisement, so I went to Kingdom's website, uploaded the pictures of the broken hinge and submitted a request, hoping that Kingdom would know how to help me! Dave responded to my request the next day, informed me that he could order the hinge and have it installed as soon as it arrived and I was also eligible for a WTN discount as I had mentioned the advertisement I heard on Chris Hand's show. Awesome! I was able to pay online using PayPal. Dave informed me when he had ordered the part and then informed me again on when we would able to install the new hinge and he did just that! From first request to final installation, Kingdom Fence made the ordeal as easy as it could be. Dave had the hinge installed in ten minutes and also provided a free inspection of the fence and the other gate. I could not have asked for a better experience and I added his contact information to my phone directory and will use Kingdom Fence for any future fence work.
