I would highly recommend Kagan for the quality of work, responsiveness and pricing. I will definitely consider him for sealing my concrete or for concrete projects. He is hardworking and deserves your consideration for your work as he grows his business.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's honestly been a nightmare. We hired Kagan to do a large concrete slab and a retaining wall in our backyard and not only were they late or no-shows almost every single day, once they got their first installment of payment, but it is actually done completely wrong (wall isn't straight, a large dip in the slab causing water to pool by our foundation, and also no joints in the slab which we've since found out is necessary and will cause cracking if not fixed). then when we expressed discontent, they made promises to refund a portion of the cost and then changed their mind and that they'd rather try to fix it. at this point we didn't really trust them but they told us exactly how they'd fix it, and then all they did was smear some more concrete (and leaves!) on it (i've included pictures). they said they were licensed and insured, and I now know to check that and not trust someone at their word. once we escalated the conversation after they said they "fixed it" and expressed that this is enough of a problem for us to have to go through legal channels, he basically said sue me. so, after spending time getting quotes from other companies on what it's going to take to fix it, we are now in the process of speaking to an attorney to sue for what it's going to take. we have every communication back and forth saved and based on that information and the pictures, our attorney says we have a good case. I'm honestly bummed that it's come to this, and I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am so supremely disappointed in the lack of integrity this company shows and am not willing or able to pay for their very expensive mistake that will only cause more damage to my home as time goes on. They should certainly not be doing large concrete jobs, and even if they did learn to do it right eventually, I could never recommend someone with so little integrity. I will update this comment if/when there is a resolution and if they made it right.

We saved for this fence and trusted that we were paying someone to install it correctly and use the materials we were told we were getting. Unfortunately, the fence is now in terrible condition and feels like it could eventually fall down. We were told the wood was treated, but based on how quickly it has deteriorated, we have serious concerns about whether that was actually the case. What makes this even more upsetting is that we were young homeowners who trusted the person we hired and relied on their expertise. Looking back, we feel completely taken advantage of and scammed. A fence should not be in this condition after only 1.5 years. We are now having to get other professionals involved to determine whether any of it can even be repaired or if the entire fence needs to be replaced. After spending thousands of dollars the first time, this is incredibly frustrating and financially devastating. We're also genuinely concerned about the safety of our dogs because we can no longer trust that the fence will remain secure. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do extensive research, get everything regarding materials and installation in writing, and get multiple opinions before handing over your money. I hate leaving a review like this, but I also wish someone had warned us before we made this investment. Oh, and their warranty, forget it. They just won't respond to you.

I had a landscaper accidentally hit a gate on a backyard fence. One of the two hinges that holds…read morethe gate was torn apart. There was no saving it, but the good thing was that the plate that were fastened to the gate and the fence post were not damaged, but the hinge was torn apart. Not a huge problem, but certainly a problem as the type of hinge that holds the gate to the fence post is not available in Home Depot or Lowes and I do not know enough about fences to even know how to begin to search for this specific hinge. I needed help! I am a regular listener to the Chris Hand Show on WTN and I heard Chris do an advertisement for Kingdom Fence Company. I was sitting in front of a computer when I heard the advertisement, so I went to Kingdom's website, uploaded the pictures of the broken hinge and submitted a request, hoping that Kingdom would know how to help me! Dave responded to my request the next day, informed me that he could order the hinge and have it installed as soon as it arrived and I was also eligible for a WTN discount as I had mentioned the advertisement I heard on Chris Hand's show. Awesome! I was able to pay online using PayPal. Dave informed me when he had ordered the part and then informed me again on when we would able to install the new hinge and he did just that! From first request to final installation, Kingdom Fence made the ordeal as easy as it could be. Dave had the hinge installed in ten minutes and also provided a free inspection of the fence and the other gate. I could not have asked for a better experience and I added his contact information to my phone directory and will use Kingdom Fence for any future fence work.
