A TON of them have complaints about management and communication... Despite that we decided to take a look at them... made an app of online to come view on a weekend in one of their scheduled time slots, had a confirmation email, and made our hour and 15 min drive to this remote location only to have NO ONE show up. And to top it off their phone number on the front of the resort on their sign isn't even their number.... Finally got a hold of someone through a different number from the confirmation email and they tried to say we never had an approval even though I'm looking at a confirmation email... no apologies, no "hey I'm sorry we can have someone there in 30 min", just straight up blame and attitude on the phone and no compassion for us having spent 2.5 hrs of our day driving to see NOTHING! We won't be back!!! On the bright side... at least this happened before we spent a single dollar with them and not three weeks out from wedding time like so many frustrations and reviews you see on wedding sights.... and now we're doing destination anyway!!!

The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. It's also a great event venue. The barn has been air conditioned and chandeliers hang from the rafters. There is also a side room containing restrooms, a small conference room, and a larger conference room, complete with beverage bar, screen and projector. Our oldest son's rehearsal dinner was at the ranch 5 years ago and another son got married there this summer. The owners, Bob and Becky Wills, went above and beyond to help us create precious memories both times. I highly recommend the Inn at Wind Hill Ranch!
