My company has also hosted several events here and the planning process from start to finish is phenomenal. Like I said, the staff is incredible and everything you need will be taken care of with a smile. The kitchen is great for catering events and the loading dock on the side makes it SUPER easy to get in and out with things like food for events or large displays, etc. The property is overlooking the lake and the view is great at sunset. Parking can get pretty tight for some events, but they always have a trolley that runs to/from extra parking at the park across the street. This is definitely a gem for the City of Granbury to have and the location next to the Hilton and just before you hit the Square is perfect for visitors to get to.

We did use the courtyard for cocktail hour, and it was such a good space for chatting, relaxing, and photos!! The inside was also Beauuutiful! A very large room surrounded by big glass windows. They set everything up for us and made each table look so elegant and beautiful. The staff did a wonderful job. The bride's suite was also Unreal!!! The most gorgeous getting ready space with plenty of mirrors and outlets. It has your own personal bathroom, kitchen area, and lounging area. It made the day even that more special! Our oldest son's rehearsal dinner was at the ranch 5 years ago and another son got married there this summer. The venue is fairly new and has already hosted many events, from gospel concerts to weekly church services to other gatherings. There are smaller rooms that can be transformed to accommodate the needs of various groups and there is also the grand ballroom that can be rented for more formal events. The prices are very reasonable (think around $300, that's a steal for 4 hours) and includes tables and chairs. You will have to pay a deposit but if you clean up after your event, you deposit will be returned. In addition to being very spacious on the inside, there is plenty of parking outside as well. This is a great venue and should not be overlooked because of its location.
