They were very sell's oriented trying to promote their monthly VIP service, and telling us we most likely need a new sewer pipe. Two days later we call Roto-Rooter they ask where our clean out is? We tell them we don't know, so they say they will need to install one before they can clear the drain $4,200!! And there's also a chance we need a need sewer line $10,000!!!! Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! Didn't even charge me!!' Said he will get the money next week when he puts a clean out in for only $1,500!!!!! SHOP LOCALLY!!!! I will never use anyone else ever again for my plumbing issues!!! You don't find lots of honest and dependable people anymore, but Mike and his crew are definitely some of them!!!

I called him up and arranged for him to do the repair when I was in town. He showed up on time and did the job quickly. He needed to get the parts from a local supply house and it didn't take very long. In addition to fixing the leak he stream lined my connections which had been crazy pieces patched together. He was done in two hours and didn't ruin my day. Price was reasonable. I would recommend him.

However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.

Called a second time requesting he add more window blinds that I had purchased, to install deadbolts on three exterior doors and replace all the interior door knobs I purchased. We negotiated a price, which he increased due to the work involved and I agreed to the new price. I paid in cash, but he didn't finish the work. He returned to complete the project, but left after an hour, as he didn't finish a deadbolt installation and installed the second dead bolt and door handles, then left early because a tornado warning was issued that afternoon and evening. Kris said he'd return to finish the job Saturday or Sunday, but didn't. So, Kris walked off with my money and left without finishing the work he was paid to do. He offered to return the following weekend. I text: Will you be able to finish the work? No reply ... and the blinds, the deadbolt nor the door knobs are still sitting on my table. He took my cash, said he'd be back - and didn't. A hard lesson. Do not to trust this guy! He'll take your money and leave his work unfinished.
