Not the best first impression and the lack of reviews and presence online is equally as questionable. How can someone claim to be in a reputable business for so long yet when doing a basic online search you can not find a single positive review or response from prior clients? Everything is online these days, and quit frankly I find great distrust in seeing that not even a single client, who felt they were properly represented, wrote or rated something positive on the internet. When you hire someone to represent you in court, they should be understanding and welcoming - not rude and quick to end a simple inquiry about setting up a consultation for my legal needs.

Besides my fiancé and I at home, John is one of those on the outside that have helped form a beautiful and stable home dynamic for our little blended family. When my partner had to decide to get legal professional help to ensure a safe and better life for his child, we were recommended to John Elias and we are so happy we chose him and his team to help represent us through this process. The beginning was difficult, scary, and confusing but John and his team made sure to speak to us and guided us into trusting the process with them by our side. Custody battles are messy but with John's knowledge, skills, and caring demeanor, we have been able to navigate this and pulled through with even more than we ever expected from the beginning. Six years later, we have maintained a stable, happy, and healthy life for my fiancés' daughter, who has over time grown in my heart instead of my belly as my own daughter, thanks to John and his team. We are beyond grateful to John and everyone at his firm for helping us in creating this lovely and blessed life together as a family. We will keep having them by our side knowing they will always be there to support us and to make sure that our little family stays on its path no matter what legal proceedings come along the way. Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin, and that's what he did. He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation. Mr. Dobkin's staff also made me feel like they cared. Although short, the conversations never felt rushed. I believe Mr. Dobkin sincerely cares about people and believe he will be rewarded for his efforts.

Let me begin by saying that Frank Gaviria is truly an excellent attorney. I know, because he came…read morethrough for me big time...twice! So why do I say this? Let me tell you. I have had the occasion to seek legal counsel twice in the last two years. First, for a relative who had a complicated case and recently for myself. Frank took quick and effective action both times. He has an edge. He showed me that he wasn't just going through the steps. He won't talk your ear off and won't B.S. you but he does what he says he will do and all without leading you on or 'blowing smoke'. From our conversations, his demeanor in court, and seeing how he easily interacts with the prosecutors and court officials I could see he is a winner. But what counts most are the results he has gotten for me. Frank is just who I wanted and definitely needed in my corner. And I would think he's who anyone would want on their side, a fierce competitor who wants to win for himself and most importantly, for you.
