Attny Isaac Spragg recommended me a law firm that lost my case because they were very incompetent. He didn't care.

I was referred by a friend to Isaac Spragg for a landlord/tenant issue. He and his team were extremely responsive and helped keep my crazy landlord at bay. We are great tenants and had after living in a few apartments during our lifetime, had never dealt with a landlord like this! At the end of the lease, they made false claims against our deposit and Isaac facilitated our suit against them. We retained Isaac on 2 different issues and he was able to recuperate our money. We will always go back to him if need be. Aside from the money, it was the principal and making sure they didn't get away with the blatant lies they were claiming. Thanks again! read more

Not only is Isaac Spragg Esq an effective and very knowledgeable attorney but one that handles his cases with the type of integrity that is too often missing. This firm handled a case brought on against my mother (an elderly, disabled woman) by her abusive condo association and if it weren't for Isaac's help, my mother may have lost her condo. I really can't say enough about the level of professionalism and the humanist treatment by this firm. If you want someone who is more than fair with compensation and who is truly knowledgeable, this firm will fight for you and win. read more

Mr. Attorney Isaac is not only helpful; he is also Exceptional. I have to take a moment out of my life to share this with anyone that may be facing the same situation I am to give a peace of mind. I just moved to Miami by myself to start a new life here and I do not know anyone here. I moved into a brand new building, since the day I moved in this unit I have had water leakage on my tiles in my new unit and every time I informed the office the Regional manager says to me, "You understand that we wouldn't know where it's coming from as these are new appliances I am sure it's nothing but I will have Maintence come" several times I had to come to the lease agent and regional manager. Then one day while I'm sleeping, I wake up 5am watching a security lady and maintenance men walking in my home and my entire unit got water throughout my floors. Then 10 days later ( the day I am moving my furniture inside my new unit ) I get an attorney letter from the apartment complex which included all false narrative about me as an professional individual and that I should pay for four units below me and the cycling room because of negligence of having water throughout my unit or else to vacate by July 7th. Everything is in mint condition including my unit except this water under the sink. My sister referred me to Spragg law firm and once I called Mr. Isaac did not hesitate to assist me, he was extremely professional, informative, educated me on what this, and so much more. I was mentally drained before speaking to Attorney Isaac, I never faced this in my entire life ( I had been living by myself since I was 17tears old ) and I am 39 years old and new to Miami. Because of Attorney I have a peace of mind, I know the action steps to take and I am so happy to hire him as my attorney. If you're someone like me who works hard and do not have time for the run around and know that you deserve quality and professionalism who works efficiently you need honest good people behind your side, that is this law office. I am forever grateful and most importantly I feel in control and I have a peace of mind. I simply just want to be happy. Thank you Mr. Attorney Isaac for giving me hope and peace. read more

Isaac Spragg is BEYOND AMAZING. He was so kind and helpful to me. Even though he wasn't taking new clients at the time he reviewed my documents and answered my multiple calls (even after business hours) and advised me through a very traumatic situation. He did not charge me one single penny. I do not know any lawyer who would be so generous with their time and attention. Aside from being a wonderful person, he is extremely knowledgable, professional, and will handle your case quickly and effectively. You could not be in better hands. I will refer all my friends and family to Isaac Spragg Esq. Thank you Isaac! read more

A member of my church came to me with a landlord-tenant matter that sprang up on her unexpectedly. Having known of Mr. Spragg's reputation for years, I was all too glad to refer Cheryl (a pseudonym) to him. He was responsive to her questions, a calming voice when needed, and was able to resolve the matter to her complete satisfaction. The next time I saw Cheryl in church, she literally wept as she shared her appreciation for the work he did, and the burdens he lifted off her shoulders. Two thumbs up from a fellow Bar member!! read more

Horrible experience, I don't see how everyone is giving 5 star reviews. I am beginning to think they are all fake reviews. First off, I have never once spoken to Isaac who is supposedly the attorney. I have attempted to call him multiple times as well as even reach him over social media. Jacob, who is not an attorney, is who answers the "office" whenever he feels like it. The time's he has answered is because I have called from different numbers. Jacob is the one handling our case , which there seems to be no movement on. I asked for an email with proof of what he's done and he's response was that he was not in the office, which seems to always be the case. I am still waiting for a callback as promised. I have no proof of any work being done and he always gives vague runaround answers. Whenever we offer to go to his "new location" he is suddenly unavailable. I am starting to believe if Isaac is a real person. We have been several months already waiting but nothing seems to be done. Promises and no action. Extremely scam like. Proceed with caution. read more

I want to personally take the time out to thank Isaac and Jacob for their professionalism and commitment to helping me resolve my case when I had no one else to help. So grateful to this law firm for handling a slumlord! I found them through a general local web search that deals with landlord/tenant disputes and other types of lawsuits. They responded to my email within one day and I sent them my documents. The assistant was very friendly and kept me up to date on everything. They showed up to court, beat the case, and refunded me my fees when they got paid by the slumlord! They always answered my calls and emails, which is usually the hardest thing to get an attorney to do! I recommended them to a friend and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! read more
