Both my copyright (IP) cases were won with big time awards because John and his staff dug deep into working with me. We even obliterated a large corporation that was based overseas. The last case was about my personal injury and I will say the research and drama was intense. I was in the right and when John went to work in the courtroom, that man is OG. Sly like a fox, my results were greater than expected, when the other side caved in. I understand that justice can be hard fought and John Ostrow has shown me the truth wins.... three times. His experience is everything that matters. I always recommend him to other photographers and people I care about.

Not only did Attorney Danz educate me on due process and keep me well informed, he also as a former prosecutor, was able to speak and dialog with the prosecutor at the state attorneys office in which all charges were dismissed. If ever my family or I needed an attorney again. He would be first choice no questions asked.

He was referred by a friend. He was nice at first yet cold and serious. I appreciate that he took…read morethe time to speak to me and I appreciated the free 3 three minute consultation. I was surprised that I found him to be unfriendly, didn't listen and kept cutting me off. He did not give me the chance to FULLY EXPLAIN what it was that I was trying to do. He let me speak yet cut me off and jumped to his conclusion which turned me off. Why? Maybe because he was wrong, I was trying to explain that I was talking about a different scenario. He didn't ask questions or give me the chance to clearly explain myself so he could understand me all because he was rushing me off the phone. I later realized this when I went on to speak to a different attorney, the next attorney was completely different. So It's important to clarify exactly what you need to do with the lawyer and it's even more important that the lawyer clear his mind and listens to you before he starts giving you advice. He clearly did not understand what it was that I was trying to do and he assumed too much. I would not want to hire someone that doesn't listen to me that rushes me. That is why it is important to get a free consultation. It is an interview. Sorry to rate you a 2 star but it is about right. I had to move on.
