Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin, and that's what he did. He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation. Mr. Dobkin's staff also made me feel like they cared. Although short, the conversations never felt rushed. I believe Mr. Dobkin sincerely cares about people and believe he will be rewarded for his efforts.

I wasn't able to make the high payments and asked for a lower payment plan. I was denied and she withdrew from my case days before my court hearing. I represented myself. Doing more research I found Mr. Joel Greenberg & before meeting me he spoke with me on the phone and then wanted to meet with me to hear more of my concerns! I never even met my previous lawyer face to face or zoom. Mr. Joel made me feel confident, comfortable having him to represent me. I didn't have that feeling at all with the last lawyer. I only had one 15 min call with her and was told I would have to settle for overnights. After I represented myself the dad was only awarded 3hrs every other Saturday. I'm beyond sure if I had Mr. Greenberg representing me in the beginning I wouldn't have to type this long review.

If your spouse is abusive or sexually deviant, they will win the case if represented by this firm. In my case, Judge Catalina Avalos sometimes appeared to support me during hearings. However, months later, she consistently issued rulings that reflected what YOUNG BERMAN KARPF & KARPF wanted, even when those rulings conflicted with Florida law and U.S. law. Many attorneys I spoke with seemed to be aware of this firm's reputation. Some immediately declined to take my case, while others told me they believed the firm had significant influence over the judge. Andy Wilson attempted to build a false parental kidnapping narrative against me together with my ex-husband for $15,000, claiming that I intended to abduct my children. During the proceedings, Andy Wilson filed only the cover page of my ex-husband's financial affidavit in the court docket, while my attorney showed me the complete version on his computer. Based on my personal experience, YOUNG BERMAN KARPF & KARPF is capable of intimidating or improperly influencing other attorneys. Perhaps a class action lawsuit or an appeal to a higher court could help, although I worry that the firm's influence may extend there as well. If your spouse is represented by Andy Wilson, you are in serious trouble. Be prepared that your own attorney may be bribed or intimidated and act according to Andy Wilson's instructions.
