Having retired from advertising I know how expensive it is to produce a commercial, pay for air time and for a firm to do that as a PSA caught my attention. I was riding my bike in Key Largo when I was knocked off my bike and had my foot rolled over twice by a big Pickup Truck. I remembered their name from the commercial and called. After we called they came to us immediately and the case was started. Most of our contact was with Kelia Tejada and she was wonderful to work with. She was very, very kind and sympathetic and so was our attorney Fernando. Unfortunately this was our second time having to be involved in an injury case so I have that experience to compare to. I highly recommend Blakeley Law. Carol P.

During my initial inquiry, the attorney raised his voice, spoke over me, and responded with visible irritation simply because I was asking questions about my situation. This was not a consultation--it felt dismissive and confrontational. Asking basic questions before retaining a lawyer should not result in being spoken down to. Professional communication and patience are fundamental qualities I expect from any attorney, especially during a first interaction. This review reflects my personal experience during a phone call. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to move forward and instead will seek representation from a firm that treats potential clients with respect and professionalism.
