He was particularly helpful with an unusual situation I had and resolved it with no issues. I love that when I call his office I get his assistant or that he himself answers the phone--fighting bots to get to a human representative has become the norm and wastes so much time, resulting in a frustrated customer by the time an actual human gets on the call. I see myself staying with Joe for years to come.

I have been with State Farm since I began driving 33 years ago. Most of that time -- about 29…read moreyears -- was with the same agent, who had a very large agency. While I felt well-treated and knew the office manager's name and voice, I strongly suspect I could have been introduced to that agent by name at a party and my name wouldn't ring a single bell. After his death, State Farm moved me to an "interim" office placement, then handed my account to Dylan. THANK GOODNESS -- I feel like I won the lottery. Dylan has been attentive, professional, friendly and prompt every single time I have reached out to him. He has never failed to respond very quickly, whether I called or emailed, and always acts delighted to hear from me and eager to figure out how he can help. Just for the record, I'm not a big account -- it's not like my business is a feather in his cap -- he's just a really great guy and attentive agent. I'm so glad I ended up with his office and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Linda is the most UNPROFESSIONAL "professional" I've ever attempted to deal with. I had no problem…read moregetting an initial meeting with Linda to discuss her doing my personal and business taxes. We spent an hour discussing my circumstances and I explained I needed my taxes done within a month for an upcoming event in which I would need them. She agreed, said it would not be an issue, and even offered to make calls to some people for advice she offered. After walking out of that office, Linda became completely ghost for the next month. I sent over 8 emails, calls, and even showed up at her office. Evidentally shes never in, and can't return emails or phone calls. How infuriating to trust someone with all you personal information, expect them to do what they agree to do, then be TOTALLY IGNORED! I had to threaten to involve the police to even get my property back. Needless to say, my taxes we not completed over a month later and by the date I needed them. Save yourself time and frustration and deal with a professional that acts as such....LINDA IS NOT ONE.

First off, she actually has personality! I know it's hard to believe, an accountant with a pulse. She was friendly, made interesting (non tax related) conversation and listened to me. I will warn you, if you hate dogs you may want to reconsider using her services. Not only is she an avid dog lover she has two dogs in the office with her. They were super friendly and I hardly noticed that they were there, but be warned if you're a dog hater. The price for her services, very fair. I don't see any reason why I won't use her again next year.
