As this is a student-based spa, I arrived not knowing quite what to expect as there is chance it can be hit or miss, but knowing I have had good experiences with students in the past, no particular sensations of fear! My head massage was performed by Angie, the salon manager and boy oh boy, it was fantastic. There was quite a lot of background noise, but the massage had me drifting off to sleep almost, so it ultimately didn't ruin the experience. I definitely did stagger out, stoner style with a silly grin on my face. I have another one booked in 3 weeks! Reflexology wasn't such a successful experience - it was pleasant, but I think the feeling of having my feet poked in specific ways isn't as soothing a holistic massage as the head one. As it was my first experience with reflexology, I can't really comment on the quality of the treatment itself, just how I felt after. Saying that, it was definitely pleasant, and carried on the general feeling of mellowness that had began with the first treatment. I've already told you I am going again, I don't think I can say more than that!

Quick and efficientther is a air of banter going on which is alway nice to here. Place is spotless and there is always someone sweeping up and spray cleaning the area up. You can get a decent cute for under a £10. Enjoyed my visited even tho I don't enjoy getting my hair cut.

I was really appalled to see how they treated one of their elderly customers when she came in for a shampoo and set, she was clearly ill and they were so rude to her and it just made me feel awful. I won't return to the salon and wouldn't recommend. Also they are very highly priced for a back street salon. Sorry EH7 Hair!

I keep trying out other hairdressers but I always return to this one! I like hairdressers to look good, you trust them better isn't it? ... and they all do! Donna once took 45 minutes to disentangle my daughters hair (that had been caught up in the swing) and hereby saved her from cutting it! She did not even charge! They like hair and that is always good I find.
