Thank Jon for small miracles! Before I started seeing Jon I had no body awareness. I worked out a lot and did a lot of yoga but when it came to "listening to my body" I couldn't hear s! Jon changed the dial and then some! I started seeing him for general tension and chronic neck/shoulder pain (not kidding, my shoulders practically touched my ears (at least they felt like they did)). I would see him and it felt like my shoulders dropped two inches and my back straightened and chest opened like a ballet dancer! It was amazing! It is now years later and I can't say enough about him to whomever will listen. Whenever I want to treat someone, I send them to Jon "on me". And I know I've given the best gift possible because his skills are extensive and he uses various techniques depending on the person's needs. Also he is incredibly knowledgeable about the body in general- it's movement and positioning- and knows a ton about alternative practices. I've found the changes that Jon brings about are far more than "physical". I had always thought massage was a luxury I couldn't afford. But since I started seeing Jon I've discovered it's a necessary part of my wellbeing, and I make sure I budget accordingly. read more

I had a wonderful session with Jon. He is very intuitive and found what was causing all my stiffness quickly. He is very knowledgeable and was able to give me feedback on what I can do everyday to keep me feeling as great as I did leaving his peaceful space. I highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for an experienced and intuitive master of his craft! Looking forward to my visit (already booked!) read more

I started seeing Jon about 2 years ago after a bad car accident. Prior to seeing him I had 8 weeks of physical therapy with only minor improvements. After just a few sessions with him, I started to feel better, less neck pain and full range of motion in my shoulder. His way of massage and body work is unlike any I've ever experienced. He is not the "no pain, no gain" therapist, he uses techniques that don't hurt, but heal. Even though I have recovered from my accident and do not have any issues from it, I still see Jon on a consistent basis. Sometimes for minor pain points my body is suffering or sometimes just for 90 minutes to relax and become more in tune with my body. Every session is different and I always learn something new. More recently I've been struggling with chronic migraines and Jon has been able to help relieve some of the migraine pain I have been suffering through massage and energy work. Jon listens and truly cares about me, my healing and is passionate about what he does. I know I would be in a completely different place in my recovery and migraines if it wasn't for him. read more

Jon has saved me from injury and helped my body heal itself! Having a session with Jon isn't like going to a standard massage, where it's simply relaxing and not much change takes place. Instead, he can skillfully, carefully, and painlessly work on an injury and related holding patterns so that your body can heal itself. I recently had a session with him because I was experiencing searing pain in my hip and leg from overdoing it with running. He figured out what was wrong on the muscular and structural level and treated it accordingly. Not only was the session calming, it reduced the level of pain I was experiencing by more than half. I'm finallkyt back to running. Aside from being really good at what he does, Jon is also a incredibly nice, smart guy and is a pleasure to spend a 90 minute session with. read more

Jon's absolutely excellent. A friend of mine had referred me to Jon and I wasn't sure if it was going to be for me or not. But I had recurring shoulder pain from a silly ski fall I did on the bunny slope so I took my friend's advice and had Jon work on me. I'll cut to the conclusion: Have seen him two times now and the pain's basically gone. I'm. Ack to my regular workouts and very thankful I went to Jon. If I get new pain or recurrence of the shoulder, I'll be back! read more

If you are in chronic pain, I highly recommend seeing Jon. Not only is he great with his hands, he is also very knowledgable about kinaesthetics and how the human body moves and develops muscle tightness. As he worked on my body, he shared his observations, and was very receptive of the feedback I gave him. Jon helped me to address issues in my posture and gave suggestions for stretches and exercises to reduce the pain moving forward. Again, highly recommended. read more

I've gotten massages from Jon for a few years and he is phenomenal!!! He is friendly and professional. He also has a deep understanding about how the body works and his fingers are MAGIC. Whether you're having pain from an injury, a medical issue or stress, Jon has the knowledge and skill to help. I've had other massages where I feel great that day, but the pain is back again the next. Jon's massages LAST because he works with your muscles, not against them. This makes his massage pain-free and longer lasting than your typical massage. A massage with Jon, is no ordinary massage - he is truly a healer. HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

I'm working on recovering from a running injury and have developed some bad habits from favoring my injured side. The massage was great--super relaxing and I woke up without pain for the first time in a while. On top of that, Jon was really instructive and was able to explain what he was doing, helping me to understand alignment and connection as well as how certain movements or postures would affect different areas that were causing me issues. I'll definitely be back, thanks so much! read more

Thank you Jon!!! I have been dealing with terrible pain in my back/neck and the bottom of my feet. After meeting Jon, I quickly understood that he is an extremely knowledgeable health care professional. The therapeutic body work techniques which he has developed I have not seen anywhere else in all my time of trying to tackle my injuries and pain. Before we started the session, Jon took 20 minutes to explain exactly what was stopping my recovery and the techniques I needed to do at home in order to feel better. He then started his work and without me telling him, could sense exactly where my pain was and started working out all the problems one by one. Halfway through, I felt like i had two different sides to my body, by the end, I felt like a completely new person. Jon explained that it was going to take work on my part to tackle this problem, but I know that following his advice is going to finally heal me completely. Jon is someone you can trust and I could not give a stronger recommendation that if you are injured or in pain, to go schedule a visit ASAP. You will be happy you did. read more

"I've only had one massage with Jon so far, but I highly recommend him! I deal with a lot of back and shoulder pain/tightness and see a chiropractor weekly. Because of my issues, traditional massages have been extremely painful in the past. I often feel zero tension release and wonder what I bothered paying for a massage. Jon gave me an amazing and pain-free massage! His technique allowed me to release tension in my back but without causing pain! I will definitely be going back!" read more
