I trained with Jon for four months and within just those four months I saw an immense change in my body. I had never trained with a fitness trainer before and had no basic foundation. He carefully walked me through each exercise until I had the form and position right, which is very important for safety and muscle growth. Jon is the best! I was hesitant to spend the money on a trainer but decided to bite the bullet after an initial phone call and meeting. Jon was amazing to work with right from the start. I have a herniated disc in my neck that I get very nervous about but Jon is really well informed about injuries and just body issues in general. Though my youngest baby is 4, Jon also shared some really helpful insights about postpartum body changes. Jon is hilarious and so fun to work with but also really good at what he does. I started with Jon Linchitz barely 8 weeks ago and I am super impressed at the way his strength training program has taken me from barely able to complete a 10 lb set of Goblet squats to doing a set of 65 lb back squats, in only 16 sessions, among many other progressive weight exercises.
