Crowns for my implants are scheduled for this summer. The majority of my teeth were crowns that were 30-40 years old. I met with Dr. Hodges and we assessed how best to approach my failing crowns while at the same time, giving me a dazzling smile that I secretly longed for all of my life. He is a fabulous technician as well as an artist. I had a vision for how I wanted my smile to look and believe me, I got EXACTLY what I hoped for. The process was key to getting the final result I wanted. Dr. Hodges created "provisionals" so that I could have time to adjust to the proposed new teeth I would have at the end. We added some length to my front teeth, added bulk on the side teeth for fuller smile, and brightened the color. Every time I see myself in a mirror, I am surprised and thrilled by my new look. Since I've had my permanent crown put on, I've been back for a cleaning/check-up. They remember me perfectly 6 months later and ask me about the things that I had going on. Low and behold, Dr. Butterfield was waiting for me. I will start by saying that the front desk staff is absolutely phenomenal!! The ladies are very friendly and easy to converse with. We typically have conversations about family, work, politics, and never are there awkward moments... Their presence is so peaceful, and the smiles in the office really set off a positive environment! The back office staff is extremely friendly, I won't list any favorites because I think all of the ladies are incredible people. I do think that their teamwork enables them to have a successful office, and it is noticed from a consumer stand. The clinical staff are also great at making you feel very comfortable and they are all tentative to each patient. Even down to Remembering conversations from appointment six months ago. A diagnostic mammogram and biopsy need to be done. Orders failed to go through. I was calling based on the order copies. I was finally able to verify an order was received for my mammogram, but it was for a standard scan. I had to reschedule and they were going to work with his office to get the correct order. I got a call from the imaging location that he cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They were concerned as this is all necessary. His office lied to me about why and didn't even acknowledge that they hadn't spoken to me about a change. Neither Dr. Wright (Wrong in my book) or his office can be trusted to prioritize your health.

Last week February 2025, I get a lab bill from a company I never heard of, for my 2023 procedure and the labs associated with it. The statement claimed they have no insurance on file for me so they are now sending me a bill. (my insurance information should have been provided by the Dr office at the time of the procedure) I contacted Dr Wrights office 3 times, requesting they forward my insurance information they have on file to their vendor as it was their responsibility to provide their Contract Vendor all the correct information about me, in order to provide services. After the third request they tell me is my responsibility to work with a company I do not have a contract with. Dr Wright is GREAT - but if you have to work with his staff or billing department GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I left the office after my procedure I received no discharge instructions, when my husband called they gave him the run around. NOPE Not a patient friendly office. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby (first appointment of the day - how were they already behind), I was led to the back, where I told the gal I didn't need x-rays because it hadn't been that long since I had them done at another dentist office. The gal said I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning that day, just a check-up. What a waste of my time! Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and trying to make things right, the receptionist got defensive and said she didn't know who made the appointment but they must have made a mistake. Well, she made the appointment and it was her mistake (I recognized her voice). A terrible experience! I moved on to a dentist in Issaquah where I had a perfectly lovely experience with a competent receptionist and staff.
