UPDATE: We used Mike to buy our home!!…read more I could write a novel on the greatness that is Mike M. You might hear buzzwords like diligent, positive, and trustworthy about any realtor.. but actions speak louder than words. From the moment we started working with Mike, all the way to closing, he made us feel like we weren't just his priority, but as if he was working solely for us. Any time of day or night, he made himself available to us - even last minute. This is doubly impressive because we were buying in an area that was a substantial distance from his residence. His responses were always prompt, honest and with plenty of guidance, which we really needed. We were buying in an absolutely crazy market, yet he still managed to get us into our dream home in less than 2 weeks. He even took the time to put together itineraries for each of our showings. You'd think this impossible feat would be the workings of a cold, calculated operator - but Mike is anything but! He has such a friendly, warm energy and a great sense of humor. He always knew how to put us at ease, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with all of our decisions. This is my favorite aspect of Mike - he's a really great soul. There you have it; whether you're buying or selling, want the best deal or the best price, and you want the impossible to become possible, choose Mike M. and never look back.

Immediately, I contacted Donna, and she performed a "title review" for me that day. Her title review presented a clear narrative of what was going on with the house, and indeed, the seller was not on the up-and-up. Alas, we walked away from the contract because the last thing we wanted to deal with was the nightmare of a "clouded title" situation before or after closing. Donna's thorough, professional, and even compassionate work for us that day saved us money, time and lots of potential drama. Needless to say, when we do find the perfect house for us (with a clear chain of title), we will be requesting Donna's title services. This woman knows her stuff!

We listed in Sept and finally closed escrow in November. We had so many issues with this house you cannot even imagine. Sometimes if things seem too good to be true they are. Our fist offer was amazing, but ended up being a nightmare. We fell out of the first escrow, but that ended up being a blessing in disguise. Grizelda worked through all the obstacles and managed to get the best possible deal the second time around, with a quick escrow and all cash buyer! It is hard sometimes working with a friend, but in this case it was a benefit; she was able to give me guidance as a friend when appropriate and professional advice as my agent when needed. Sometimes people do not want to talk about the negative things that happened, but that is part of the real estate business. You really know a professional when you can weather the bad things that happen, remain calm, (which I was not), see the bigger picture and stay focused and positive. Grizelda was able to do all that and more. In the end, she played hardball with the second buyer and we finalized the deal quickly, and at the price we wanted. Escrow closed without any problems. I recommend Grizelda whether you want to sell a home or buy a new one.
