Alan, Judy and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for…read morethe relentless and tireless effort you put forth in both selling out former home and purchasing our current home. I'd like readers of these remarks to appreciate how fully pleased we were with Alan Rosenberg's professional and dedicated service with this project. Alan came recommended to us by way of our family financial advisor. We met with Alan and after some further meetings regarding the project, we contracted Alan's services, and we have never looked back. Both sale and purchase were a little nerve wracking in that it was necessary to conduct this as a contingency. So, in short, we were "burning the candle at both ends". Alan was there for every step of the process. He had our sale moving and simultaneously conducted our search and walk through of potential properties, then ultimately the purchase of our new home. Frequently, came the phone call "we're going to look at...." and off we went to "walk" some prospective homes. Alan's patience and thoroughness with handling and explaining the myriad documents, commitments and contracts was very reassuring. Yes, we encountered a few "potholes". But Alan is unflappable. and what might have caused us angst was resolved and dispensed with barely a ripple. We highly recommend Alan Rosenberg's services. And if the need arises again, Alan is our "go to guy'. He is the consummate professional.

The pandemic made it a strange time to be looking to buy but Alan did a great job of presenting us with our options and helped guide us through every step of the way. He made the process much easier than we expected it to be and really took the time to make sure we were making the best decisions for our future. We absolutely love our new home and highly recommend Alan to anyone looking to buy or sell.

The short version is...Jerod is fantastic, honest, smart, thorough, diligent, and gets great…read moreresults. He goes above and beyond in every category. Couldn't recommend him more highly. We have used Jerod's services twice. First, in 2014, to assist with selling my father's home. It was easy to select Jerod over several other agents because I perceived i) his honesty and transparency, ii) the depth of knowledge he had of the market, and iii) his common-sense and straightforward way of communicating. Working with him on the sale, I became even more impressed by his thoroughness in every decision from initial listing price to managing the multiple offers we received. Ultimately I felt very comfortable that we received what I think was an optimal sale price. He had also helped organize the process of getting my father's house in move-in condition. If you've ever worked with people involved in construction trades, you would expect all that work to be difficult to handle and be frustrating. Instead, because Jerod had great relationships with multiple contractors and handymen, he knew the right people to hire. They got the job done right. this was an immense comfort to me, working full time at the time and dealing with my father's passing. In 2020, my wife and I were looking to relocate to Glendale from Santa Clarita. Jerod recommended a great agent who had knowledge of Glendale, being the honest person he was that he was not a specialist in Glendale. Jerod had obviously done his homework, as always, and was honest....and the agent he recommended was excellent. And Jerod did a great job selling our house in 2020, exhibiting all the characteristics and skills that I saw in 2014. We always felt comfortable he knew what the next steps were and was planning ahead for them. Hire Jerod. You will not be sorry, instead, you'll be thrilled!

Rick is AMAZING!!!!…read more My husband and I went through 3 disastrous real estate agents before Rick was recommended. It was a nightmare at first and I was definitely not feeling great about the home buying process. However; Rick completely changed my view on things. He's patient and very kind. We were first-time home buyers so we were always asking an endless list of questions. He always explained them to where we completely understood. First, he actually asked what we liked and didn't like and asked what our price range was. That was a very BIG first step considering the other realtors we went to. They simply looked at the amount we were approved for and ran with it even though we had no intention of actually spending that much. I loved the fact that he didn't try to sell us every house we went into. He was honest about each house and went through it to point out all the issues that would, and could in the future, cost us more to fix/mend. I'm an avid note taker so it was great to have him list the pros/cons out while we walked through the houses so I could write down everything. My husband is in the military so we were using a VA loan which can take more time and paperwork than most. Rick was always willing to meet up and walk us through everything we signed to make sure it was in our best interest. He also explained EVERYTHING - that just really meant a lot as I wasn't to make sure we weren't getting screwed somewhere down the line. We did sign one document without consulting him first which hosed us a bit but that is a completely different story that I won't get it into here. And luckily, we learned our lesson after that one and we had Rick review everything from that point on. He was patient when I griped about lenders and paperwork, cabinet colors and missing documents - seriously, he is such an angel. He drove from Simi Valley to Port Hueneme a number of times without any hesitation to meet with us and others. That can be quite a trek, but it was just another reminder of his excellent customer service! I can't recommend a real estate agent more than him. You will be completely comfortable and not disappointed AT ALL!!!! I am so happy with him and am very thankful for everything he did for us!
